I’ve had consistently great customer service experiences at this location! I usually order through the app, but when I have customization requests that aren’t available there, or if I need to confirm/adjust order details, the staff are always attentive, speedy, and willing to help when I call. Ive eaten at Round Table a lot in a different state, so wanted to see how this one compared. The garlic parmesan twists were fantastic! They were made differently than what I’m used to back home, but way better. Lunch special $10.99 small is a good deal for RT. Pizza (chicken garlic veggie) was as good and generously topped as expected, but the crust was rather thick and slightly underdone in the middle. Service was friendly and food came out in about 15 minutes as quoted. Half of the beverage options were out and they had no backup syrup – this could be Pepsi-Cola’s fault but still detracted from the experience. A solid four stars.

Special Prices are not what they say. Scam I ordered a meat Supreme Special $24.99 and added mushrooms $2.79 total came out to be $37.78. When I asked why, he just shrugged and said it’s because I added mushrooms. So, I basically paid $12.79 for mushrooms. A 50% increase for just adding a topping. This is all before taxes and tip. Maybe they should have a sign that says if you add anything, you pay full price. It gets me thinking that all of their specials are pre-made and siting in a freezer somewhere.

Israel the manager, screwed up my online order this past Saturday evening(7/6/24). Even though I was getting an email & text saying my order was ready, when I walked in the restaurant, the kitchen staff nor the cashier was even aware the order was placed because Israel pushed the “Order Ready” button on the tablet behind the counter. Honest mistake, I get it. However, not once did he apologize for his error. He had a nonchalant, business as usual attitude. Like it was no big deal that 20 minutes of my time was wasted due to his mistake. As I was waiting @the restaurant for another 20 minutes for my pizza to be prepared, I told him this was my 1st time ordering at this location and it could possibly be my last not only because of the online error but more importantly due to his unapologetic attitude. He simply shrugged his shoulders as he was cleaning the windows. Inept at his job and indifferent towards the inconvenience he caused me, that is Israel the manager.
