I went to this location on a bus tour for a new staff orientation. We took over the whole building. This place has 3-5 huge tv screens that were playing the Olympic Games, basketball, and soccer. The staff were very busy running around and serving food with a huge smile. Every staff member including the owner, Junior (who was cooking all of our food), had a huge smile on their faces and kept asking if we needed anything else. The bus tour ran late and we had to leave in a hurry. Without complaint the staff cleaned up and asked if we needed anything else. The staff encouraged us to take to-go boxes and went above and beyond in friendly, respectful, welcoming customer service. I love to support places like this and always feel respected and valued as a customer.

This place has the best employees they are helpful, professional, kind every single one of them. I used this particular round table all the time and I really enjoy going there. Food is great and they don’t mind giving you ranch. I had poison oak on my face one time and I was feeling really self-conscious and one of the employees there offered me a beer on him and hoped that I would feel better soon. I totally recommend this place.

I ordered a pizza online for 6:00 on a Saturday night. My car had a dead battery and I was unable to pick up my pizza that night. I asked and they agreed to let me pick it up the next day. A different crew was on the next day and knew nothing about my situation. I talked to the manager and gave her my order number from the night before. My pizza was ready 30 minutes later. When I went to pick it up I got a friendly greeting from all the employees. The pizza was great too. I haven’t had a positive experience like this for a long time. Great place!!!

Staff seems uninterested in their work, gets orders wrong repeatedly and don’t take their jobs seriously. Food is still good, but the staff is awful and ruins the experience.
I’ve also seen staff using this pmave as a daycare. Came here once for the lunch buffet and one of the workers was caring for her children in a stroller while working the kitchen. That’s incredibly unprofessional.
Don’t order via the website either. I put in an order that “mysteriously” vanished 90 minutes later when I called to check on why my pizza was late. Staff clearly don’t know what they’re doing and/or just don’t care.
Workers also trick you into hanging up, claiming your order was taken and will be done in 20 minutes. Then they never call back, smug that they tricked you, yet they lost money and earned another bad review.
They got worse after the remodel as well. Their best choice there was their lunch buffet, but that has been eliminated by the remodel. There’s no point in coming here. Mountain Mikes across the highway is superior.

Ordered my pizza last night about 8:30 and they were closing at 9 but I was helping out a friend who needed a jump so I called them and they agreed to wait for me which they ended up waiting for me to pick up my pizza til 9:20. No attitude and a hot and fresh pizza as well. this Round Table.

I want to say that I appreciate the accuracy, efficiency, and friendliness of this round table location. When I arrived to pick up my carryout order the gentleman that checked me out, I’m assuming he was the manager, was very friendly and attentive to the individual orders. I didn’t feel like just a number in a trail line of orders for a Saturday night. In addition to that, my order was ready 10 minutes early, hot and fresh. It’s not just this order, but every order I have had with them since moving to this area has always been hot and fresh. I have ordered from the other local delivery place in this area, Mountain Mike’s. I’ve had their Pizza in the past but I have to say that the Mountain Mike’s in this area definitely does not compare to the Round Table here. I will choose Round Table over Mountain Mike’s in Prunedale any day.
