I ordered pizza today and am very disappointed. I don’t order often because of the price, only occasionally as a special treat. The quality has plummeted. What happened to the thick dough slices I remember? The pizza was thin and salty. It did not taste like a premium pizza for the price. Mind you, I have eaten from Roundtable here in Madera since the 90s. I will not be ordering again….

Went in for to order for takeout. The cashier said it was gonna be about 17 minutes. That’s reasonable. Eventually there was a box ready to go that was sitting there for about 10 minutes, but I don’t like to bug so I didn’t say anything. Eventually, I was getting a little restless, so I got up and asked if my name was called. She just grabbed it and gave it to me and asked me if I wanted peppers but didn’t confirm if my name was called or not. Our pizza was pretty much cold by the time I got home. I wouldn’t be upset if she was busy helping out other customers however she was just on her phone. Then we try the pizza at home and honestly, the quality is just like Chuck E. Cheese. It’s been a while since I’ve been to roundtable and I can honestly say I’m probably not gonna go anytime soon again.

We placed an order at least 1 hour prior to pick up time and our food was not ready. Our order was given to another customer, I understand accidents happen. They offered to replace our order, so we waited. When we got the order our pizza was cold, and not what we ordered. The Manager named Michelle was rude and yelling at her staff who was very nice and try to do their best. She was yelling at the gal in the front on how she gave the wrong order out and said she marked the boxes but upon review there was no markings. I called and spoke with her and she payed no mind to my complaint and did not even offer an apology. I let her know we will be taking our business elsewhere. Our order was over $80 for our office staff luncheon and 1/2 of our staff didn’t even get to have lunch on time due to the error.

Truly disappointing experience. It’s definitely not worth $30 for a pizza made completely wrong! Arrived at specified completion time only to wait an additional 10 minutes in store. No explanation of new charge even though order was paid in full via website prior to arrival. This is not right on so many levels. Please do better.

poor customer service during my visit. I was given the incorrect items, and when I came back to request the correct size, the staff in the back appeared to find the situation amusing. There was no apology for the inconvenience, just a clear disregard for the customer experience. Very disappointing.

Such a terrible experience! I called to order in for to-go and found myself on hold for 5 minutes before I could even place the order. I arrived at the expected ready time and was told it would be another 10 minutes. Staff were rude, short with customers, and preferred to hide in the kitchen even when they had customers asking for help at the register. Tables were left dirty and unclean with cleaning supplies out in the open. And wait times were unforgivable. One family waited over an hour for their orders of wings! My order didn’t come out until over 30 minutes after I was promised it would be ready. Turns out it had been sitting in the warmer most of the time losing freshness and going stale. All they offered me was a few breadsticks on my next visit. I’m normally a huge fan of Round Table pizza but this location is far from worthy of carrying the Round Table name and logo!

Came in, used my rewards. Got the rudest stares by the people working there when the restaurant was NOT busy whatsoever! It’s as if they were annoyed that I used my rightly earned rewards! The people working here are genuinely really rude. They kept whispering to each other and then side eyeing me and my girlfriend.
Pizza was typical, needed to be seasoned and gets soggy really quick.
I highly recommend ANY OTHER Round Table Location.

I was told 25 to 30 minutes over the phone, took one hour and 5 minutes to get one pizza. Get expected to be lied to both online and on the phone. A more realistic waist time could of saved a lot of hangry attitudes. Courteous clerks but on the weekends expect longer than told waits.
