Clean, nice wood barn interior. Went for buffet. Pizzas good and stay warm resting on heated counter. Staff asked if I wanted any particular pizza for the buffet. They made me a bbq chicken pizza which was great. Salad bar was great too. Will be back. 🙂 I am a real person and not influencer.

The location is fantastic and is something this community needs but what in the heck on the pizza prices? I don’t mind the salad prices because you get a fair amount but goodness the pizza cost is just too high and the xl is a medium at some places. Let’s keep in mind the clean up of customers both floor and table, please. We were there as a sports party ended and whew it was in need of help. As a customer coming in, it didn’t feel clean. The food is good I mean it is Round table pizza and it’s always good, we’d go but need to see that cost change. Let’s see some love here and make this place a go to!

Came in for a quick work meeting, my team and I ordered this pineapple bacon pizza and it was delicious also had the stuffed crust too. Salad bar is also good and noticed they do a lunch buffet so will definitely be back to try that. Service was great .

Round Table Pizza in Rancho Bernardo has been my local pizza spot since moving here a couple of years ago, mainly because I’ve always favored their high-quality ingredients and premium pizza. However, the poor customer service from the manager/owner Ali has made recent experiences very disappointing.
On a couple of occasions, they messed up my pizza. The first time, they forgot the pepperoni and mini pepperoni. I called back and the then-manager apologized and credited my account for a free pizza. The next order was correct, so I thought that was it. But then they completely got my pizza wrong a second time — instead of the chicken and garlic gourmet, I received a veggie delight. When I called again, the manager said I had a credit for a pizza and could order whatever I wanted to compensate for the inconvenience. Important to note, there was no mention I had to reorder the pizza exactly the same way, or that I’d be charged for additional toppings.
Today, I called and spoke with Eric. He confirmed I had a pizza credit on my account. I ordered a pizza similar to what I wanted before, but this time added double pepperoni and onions. Eric said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes, so I left right at the 15-minute mark since it takes about 5 minutes to get there. While I was driving, I got a call from Ali, the manager/owner. He told me that I’d ordered too many extra toppings and that I’d have to pay for the extras, otherwise he would make the pizza how I ordered it originally. This turned me from a happy customer into a very frustrated one. I told him I’d talk to him when I arrived, but now instead of having my pizza ready upon arrival, I had to wait for them to remake it based on his decisions.
Nobody told me the remake pizza credit had conditions. It made the owner look so cheap, that he was willing to lose a loyal customer over two extra toppings. He even tried to argue that since my original order was on a 50% off Monday deal, the value of that pizza isn’t the same as ordering it full price now—and that this mattered, which it absolutely shouldn’t.
I told him to just make the pizza the way I originally ordered it. After Ali left, the front cashier Barron, a high school kid, apologized profusely and even offered me a drink while I waited for my pizza. Honestly, even a high schooler has better customer service skills than this adult manager. Pathetic.
Yelp has this Round Table Pizza location rated with 3 stars, which makes sense. It clearly survives based on the quality of the pizza, but definitely not on the poor customer service of the owner.

Better than i remembered as a child
Pizza: 7.5/10 honestly not bad for what it is.
Breadsticks: 8/10 same as above. Marinara sauce came cold.
Chicken wings: 5/10 standard probably frozen and reheated.

I haven’t been to Round Table Pizza for years. I was really disappointed about the quality of the pizza and the high price. This will probably be the last time I eat here. Very sad because I use to love it.

Cashier was going in slow motion, I didn’t hear here greet anyone that entered the resturant. Sald bar was dirty, and half empty containers needing to be filled. tables were full of dirty dishes from previous diners, with food, table not wiped down from other that had sat there. Silverware was in metal container spots with some with food stuck to silverware.
