The food was great, always is…but I placed the order online, went to pick it up and paid on the app and still went I went had to sign and there’s an option for top…which I’m all for tipping, at a position a tip is deserved…but since I did all the work and they merely cooked/cut the pizza I didn’t feel a tip was warranted….I could see the pizza coming out when I paid and the guy noticed I put zero tip. And from that moment seemed like all service went out the window, mind you I ordered about 15 minutes before this. I ended up waiting for another 25 minutes for the pizza with no type of interaction from them after I paid. So nearly 45 minutes for a pizza when I was the only person in the building

Went to Roundtable once a week and I tried this location horrible service and attitude. Mr. Ramon would not give me the managers name, so I can discuss this matter on how Ramon treats and speaks to his patron. They will never get my service here AND iI would tell you run from this location the pizza they prepared from me was like they were scavenging toppings how PATHETIC. Go to the one on foothill in upland a much better location and they don’t cheat you toppings. I paid extra for more toppings and they didn’t even put it in the oven to cook.

The pizza use to be good here, but there’s been constant new employees all the time and that’s when the quality went down.
Either the pizza is undercooked or burned and one time, i was served pizza and the sauce was replaced with hot sauce.
I haven’t been at this location since 2017.

Went in with our family for a birthday to meet more family. It was very quiet in there. Just a couple other customers. I had to walk up to counter and greet the employee before he said a word. We had 6 kids total and had to ask them to put on the TV and to put on the video games. Come on! Not very family friendly. Only thing good was the food. If I go to a round table in Ontario again it sure won’t be that one.
