I called the store manager, Louis today to share my experience – here it is. Last night could have been a disaster with the short staff, but Amy turned it into a shining example of exceptional service! She’s an absolute gem, handling a lively, rowdy crowd with a warm smile and unshakable poise, even under pressure. Despite grumpy customers, Amy’s grace and professionalism never wavered, making every interaction a pleasure. The slight delay on our pizza? No issue at all—life happens, and what truly matters is outstanding customer service, which Amy delivered. To top it off, our Double Play Pepperoni was hands-down one of the best we’ve had! This neighborhood store is lucky to have you, and we’re thrilled to call it our go-to spot. I hope this review gets you a well-deserved raise.

The staff at this restaurant are super duper friendly! I love their vibe! The pizza is absolutely delicious. I always order with a little extra red sauce and crispy and the pizza tastes great!!! Super Bummed with our order this time around. We ordered a half & half on normal crust nothing crazy. The pizza was so thin it was literally like eating a dried out tortilla. It was seriously not good and a strange chewy texture. The sauce was non existent on half. The pizza was cold despite the delivery only being 10mins later than expected and the driver just left it on the porch no knock nothing! thankfully we happened to walk buy and hear his car as he drove off so it wasn’t just sitting outside. We have been eating Roundtable for over 30years and this is by far the worst we have ever had. We barely ate half the pizza and I wish we would have chosen a different dinner option, $40 for one awful pizza seems like a joke.

The food was good, but not quite perfect on this visit. The mozzarella sticks were cold but still tasty. The pizza was delicious, and the wings were hot, though the BBQ sauce on the wings was fresh from the fridge. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant was clean as were the restrooms. On a subsequent delivery order today, my mozzarella sticks were hot and pizza excellent.

Stopped by on Saturday 8/02/25 to pick up a few pizzas. We spoke with Rachel, she was super friendly, place was very clean and the pizzas looked and tasted awesome!!
This was the 1st time at this location, we usually get our pizzas at the Galeria location.

Let’s be honest, you know what you’re coming here for, and Round Table delivers exactly that. I have never had an undercooked pizza from this location and they’re always fast and timely. Expect that they may be overwhelmed during game days, but so is any place that serves hot food and beer.

Unfortunately things have slowed down here, and I have to report a serious failure in order management and expectation setting by the staff at the Mae Anne location.
It is 6:48 as I write this . Order was scheduled for pickup at 6:10. Arrived about 6:20 since extra crispy always takes longer. Was told “they’re still working on it.”
The server has come up to me and asked which order I was there for. Ten minutes later another server has asked me “You were waiting for WIFE’S NAME? What was on it again?”
It is a single large double play pepperoni extra crispy with heavy red sauce and 12 mild buffalo wings.
No timelines were given. No explanation of any issue. People who have arrived after me have received their orders. No offer of discount or compensation. I tipped at the time I placed the order online.
Again, I’m sure the staff are doing their best, but a manager should be all over this situation. Something is fundamentally wrong.
6:54. Another person who arrived after me and placed an in-store order has received it.
It is now 7:00. The pizza came out right, but they gave me sweet chili wings and BBQ wings instead of the buffalo. I explained I’ve been waiting for almost an hour from the pickup time. They took the incorrect wings and said they would “take care of it right away”, which I appreciate, but no timeline was given.
7:10, I’ve asked the server to keep the pizza warm until the wings are ready. Nothing like hot fresh pizza put in a cardboard box and kept in a warmer.
7:14, another delivery order has gone out. The delivery driver who saw me waiting when he left with his first set of orders kindly asked if I got the wrong pizza. I told him no.
7:20 and the correct wings have been delivered along with the warmed pizza. The server very kindly asks if there’s something they could get me to make up for the inconvenience. I explain that I don’t know what they offer because I don’t need any more food. She says she can offer me a cookie. I accept a bag of chocolate chip.
So, moral of the story is that you can get a free bag of chocolate chip cookies if your order is wrong and over an hour late.
But the pizza continues to be good.

I ordered via phone, and the person who took my order was polite and accurate. They let me know about the text option to order which is something I will definitely use in the future. I made a couple of changes to the Gourmet Veggie pizza, and my pizza was made perfectly! The pizza was fresh, delicious and enjoyable. The young person at the cash register was delightful — polite, enthusiastic and helpful. I wish I’d noticed her name because her demeanor enhanced my experienced!
