I was SO excited to find a Round Table here as it was my favorite pizza place as a kid. The owner came into my husband’s sub shop for lunch with his family so I thought we’d return the favor. We went to see if it was as good as I remember it …and it was! I do miss the cheesy feel of the old murals, dragons, and Knights of the Round Table… But the food just as I remembered it. Crunchy-bottomed crust that you can pick up with one hand without the fear of the dreaded slice flop. Toppings almost all the way to the edge (I’m not a crust girl), and SO fresh. While the price is a little higher than some pizza places, I feel it’s totally worth it. This will become a monthly treat for me for sure!

Love this pizza! They use quality ingredients, have sauce and a large variety of topping options to meet any need and great specialty pizzas also. Extra crispy crust for me! Great lunch specials and great deals on Tuesdays and Saturdays! I eat here often and love it! Ms. Kimberly and Ms. Zainnadashua always take great care of me, making sure that every need is met usually before I even ask. Great place to dine in or take home!

It has been a long time since I have had Round Table Pizza. I grew up with one nearby, but haven’t had it in over twenty years. When I saw a new location opened up in San Antonio I ordered my childhood favorite Garlic Parmesan Twists (3 Piece) and Gourmet Veggie™ (Large 14″). My DoorDash order arrived in about 30 minutes and was as delicious as I remember. Chocolate Chip Cookies topped it all off for a great meal. Only downside is that the pizzas are a bit pricey, so you pay for the flavor.

Usually love Round Table and was excited when it came to Texas. However, had an order a bit ago that was delivered- came cold and half baked, the crust was white and doughy, had to finish cooking it myself. For a $30+ pizza, I expect more Called the store and a manager said she’d call me back. Never did. Have called a few times and can’t reach a manager to have problem resolved. Not good service at all. Writing here since I cant get a call back.

Great restaurant. I have loved Round table pizza since the 80’s. It’s the best period. Staff was great, they were friendly, kind and awesome. Very clean restaurant and family friendly atmosphere. It is well worth the 70 mile drive.

So I went here just because I’d heard so much about it and even saw it on the local morning news show. I thought yeah that’s something I got to give a try to. I will say this, their marketing team is amazing. Because they really had me sold on this place. I walk in, the place is definitely well kept. Nice and clean. One of the big things I really appreciate in a restaurant that I go to. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Very very helpful. Ordered my food, reasonably priced and came out pretty quick. I ordered a small mushroom black olives and bell pepper pizza, a medium pepperoni ham and extra cheese pizza, some mozzarella sticks, and some original hot buffalo wings. The wings game boneless, I’m not sure if they have traditional which is what I prefer but either way. Started eating and I will say the cheese sticks were a lot better than most other places cheese sticks. They come sprinkled with the Parmesan cheese and a little bit of green onion which I’m a fan of but they put a little bit too much on there so biting into them your mouth gets a little bit overpowered with the green onion flavor. The boneless buffalo wings were pretty good. The meat was tender, not dry, not overcooked. The sauce was spicy and tangy with a good flavor to it. Sadly I can say that while they were good, it’s definitely nothing I couldn’t get at HEB in the frozen food section. Now the pizzas, well they did taste fresh. Plenty of ingredients on there and it was very well cooked with a crispy thin crust on the bottom. Which is what I like in a pizza. Personally. But sadly again there’s nothing about the pizza that really wowed me. It was a good pizza but between the isolated location, the quality, and the price… It would be hard for me to justify going there on a regular basis when I have a couple of run-of-the-mill pizza places right around the corner from where I’m at. Again let me say this place is a good place to go eat, but just maybe every once in a while.

I’m glad to see Round Table Pizza on this side of town. I was driving to the other location and this is so much closer! No complaints here … clean, friendly, and my pizza’s are always as I ordered. I didn’t even get a chance to take a picture before my family dug into it! Thanks for bringing the best pizza to San Antonio!
