Since 2010, Round Table on the Square has been a part of the famous Oxford Square and a part of Ole Miss students’ weekends whether it be for football, celebrating birthdays, or just a typical Saturday night.

Back story before I get into this. We just moved into town and been to this bar twice. We had no idea there was an outside portion to this bar but whenever we did go, the service was great and never had problems getting into the bar.
My husband and I came here and as usual, we handed our IDs over, no problem. I was first and whenever my ID scanned the dude upfront told me that my ID was fake and couldn’t scan. I told him that I’m 22 and I can recite everything on the ID and even download MS ID for him. Wouldn’t let me do so. Insisted my husband to give him his ID to scan. At this point we are just ready to leave because this was getting ridiculous. Bouncer up front was decently chill but obviously couldn’t tell a real ID from a fake ID. We went to another bar, and 30 mins later, we saw bars down an alley way. Went to check them out. There was no sign indicating that this was again, the round table. Before we even had the chance to pull out our IDs the bouncer in the alley entrance was rude as hell telling us no entry and we’re banned. My husband and I are confused because we had no idea what’s going on. I asked what bar this was and yells at us saying what bar it was and called us horrible names. We are not the type of people to argue back and just walked away. Oh well, won’t be getting our money again.
Note for management: you really need to train these kids. These bouncers look freshly 18 and obviously have no care in the world. This is just stupid and ridiculous.

Bartenders are awesome but the upstairs floor was extremely sticky and staff refused to clean the floors when we let them know. Bar table also had people who refused to share, admitted to this and threatened other customers. When security was told he shrugged and clearly did not care.

Terrible! I am in oxford for almost every game. I have a house here and I went to this bar to have a drink while I was waiting on dinner reservations. The bar tender was awful! He has no respect for anyone and sat on his phone the entire time. I couldn’t even get a drink because he was too busy texting.

don’t ask the blonde shaggy hair wanna be from Cali bartender for pineapple upside down cake shots – he has no clue how to make them and his manager – the shaggy hair brunette will tell you he has no time to worry about out of towners!
