This is the crown jewel of diners. A local gal recommended it for us. This place is quaint and actually almost hidden in a small group of businesses in what appears to be an old strip mall. I ordered the fish sandwich with fries and the soup of the day. To my delight was the Wisconsin Cheddar cheese soup. So creamy and full of flavor, not salty at all, as I had expected, as most cheese soups are. I did not want the bun on my fish, and it was served exactly like I ordered it and tasted great, too. The fries were so good, served hot and crispy just like I like them. My husband ordered the Chicken Philly sandwich, and he, too, loved his meal. The chicken was cooked perfectly, moist and tender, and the cheese and vegetables were cooked to perfection. Overall, it’s was a GREAT MEAL! The price was about average for Diner style food. OUR ENTIRE MEAL, including a tip, was just under $30. A pretty good value for today’s economy. We enjoyed our meal so much that we decided to go back the next day and have lunch. That time, I ordered the Jumbo shrimp and more of those awesome fries. My husband decided to try their chicken Alfredo pasta dish. He was so glad he did. He said it was better than any he had tasted in quite a while. I had to taste it myself, and I concur, really good. If you’re ever in Centralia, MO, and you want a great tasting meal, give this place a try… trust me, you’ll be so glad you did. I can’t wait to visit it again. I might even try their breakfast menu next time.

It was an okay place. Food was just okay, nothing to write home to mom about. Service could be better. The gal that waited on us did her best, but she was a hostess and not a waitress. The prices seemed a little high, but average for these post covid days.

We went there for dinner and we were not disappointed. Tina was our server and was so helpful. The food was amazing. The steak I had was cooked perfectly and I didn’t need any steak sauce. Thank you for such great service and food. We will definitely be going here more often.
