Its fun for anyone, if you dont know what you’re doing they will help teach you for no extra cost. Its easier than it looks 🙂

My first time axe throwing and I think Gavin made the whole experience amazing for us. He was a one man show that night and still took the time to teach a couple of noobs how to throw without making us feel rushed! He got our drinks and food in so fast for someone doing 20 things at once! I couldn’t praise him enough for making our time there so fun! I was so nervous but he had a positive, happy vibe the entire time. Im so grateful he was there. Thank you Gavin!!

My husband and I had a great time at Rough Cut! The staff members (aka “axe-perts”) were attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. They spent a good amount of time helping us perfect our throws. They also always made sure that we had something to drink if we wanted it. And every time we hit a bullseye, they would cheer, which was really fun and so kind!
This is a great date night activity or group activity. The environment is very safe, clean, and fun. The location is great, as it is near many other fun spots downtown. I do recommend reserving a time slot online just to ensure that you’ll get a lane, but they do take walk-ins. Signing up online was very easy and took just a few minutes.
Again, I highly recommend checking out Rough Cut for a fun, interesting night out. The team is great, the atmosphere is fun, and the location is unbeatable. Happy throwing!

We had a birthday party for our daughter there last night and had an awesome experience. We had about 20 family members there ranging from 8 to 80 years old and everyone had a great time. We had Blake as our “axe-pert” and he was great, making sure everyone was having fun and doing his best to give tips to try to get us all to hit the targets. The staff was VERY accommodating to all our requests and questions and made us feel very welcome. We also loved the space—the atmosphere is fun and the extra games to play in the back were a bonus for our group. I would definitely recommend Escape 605 for anyone looking for a place to hold a party or get together with a group of friends!
