Overall, fun lil lounge, especially for the Christmas theme. I was expecting music inside at 8p, but the dj was outdoors. The Reindeer Games drink reminds you of an eggnog flavor, because of the allspice. The glass tabletop we sat at was damaged and taped, which for me took away from the atmosphere/ aesthetic. There was no wait since I RSVP’d, but had a firm 2 hour limit for the booth. I’ll check them out again, but for brunch.

We stopped by the Rouge Room inside Red Rock Casino for their current Christmas themed experience. Upon arrival Robyn greeted us and became our waitress. Robyn was so friendly and the service was great. Every cocktail on the menu looked great and we wanted to try everything….. we pretty much did try everything. To get the party started we ordered the Deck The Halls Christmas Tree. A mini Christmas tree with lights is brought to the table and has six ball ornaments each with shot inside (big shot). There are three different flavors of shots and are color coded so you can see on the menu which ones you are drinking. All the shots on the tree were great. We also ordered a round of spark plugs, because why not. The Spark Plug is a coffee/espresso flavored shot topped with whipped cream and serve in a little boot. Next was the Fireside Fasioned. The FF is a variant of the Old Fasioned and is served with a smoked presentation tableside. Not only did this drink taste great, but brings a nice aroma for the entire table. The Reindeer games was probably the favorite drink of the table and highly recommended. The RG is Bourbon and cream style drink that reminded me of a really really good chocolate milk. Its served with big toasted marshmallows on top and in a reindeer/moose glass that you get to keep (bonus). Last for me was the Velvet Vixen which is a variant of the Side Car cocktail. I am a fan of Side Cars and the Velvet Vixen did not disappoint. Just enough change to the recipe to give it that Christmas Spirit. The ambiance was so cool with all the Christmas decorations and a DJ was spinning some Christmas songs along with other music that fit the room very well. Everyone in our party had a very good time and I am going to try and make it back with some other friends before the pop up experience ends.

We were here for a girl night out so we got 50 off for the whole bill so that was even better. The theme was elegant, red, beautiful ambiance. Everything was excellent!

I had a really disappointing experience at this lounge club inside the Red Rock last night. The music and bass were absurdly loud — even with earplugs in, my ears were still hurting. It honestly makes you wonder what the managers are thinking. Are they trying to make everyone deaf by 40?
The volume completely ruins the atmosphere. You can’t have a normal conversation because you have to yell just to be heard, and by the end of the night your voice is shot. Instead of being a fun place to dance and socialize, it was just uncomfortable and unpleasant.
Turning the music down a few notches would go a long way. Until then, I definitely won’t be coming back.

We went to the Rouge Room as bridesmaid showing our beautiful bride a great time. We had just left a spa in Henderson where the customer service was so poor and a waste of time and money, we were determined to make this better. Not only did we get good food and drinks, we received AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! So good we had to speak to the manager about his amazing bartenders and servers. They made our evening spectacular; dancing with us and taking time with us in addition to helping their other customers. We had so much fun we stayed to closing.
If want good food and drinks, amazing music from the local DJ and a chill atmosphere out in the beautiful open air…. you want to go to Rouge Room located inside Red Rock Hotel and Casino.

We came for drinks after dinner – have wanted for come here for quite a long time. Excellent music and vibe was RIGHT! The music was phenomenal- the woman singing was so small but had pipes for DAYS!! Loved the drinks, loved the waitress and their outfits are SO CUTE! We live in Vegas and this is a GEM – an experience FOR SURE!

The pictures of the available food are outdated by- according to our waiter – 2 years. It’s expensive bar food. Jackie – our original waiter – was great. Then she was sort of pushed out by another guy whose attention was lacking. He told us about all the great food they USED to have. He took 20 minutes to bring a round of drinks and by the time we got the drinks we wanted to leave. Way too much money for the experience . I did leave a good tip because it was Christmas Day.

We were seated at a dirty table with plates, napkins, and a spill. We had to ask 3 times before they gave us water. Service was slow. Our fire pit went out. Employees walked by without acknowledging it or giving us a chance to get their attention. I walked up to an employee and asked to have it relit. 15 minutes later I had to walk up to another employee and ask again. Smug vibes. Security guards with hostile stares. No Christmas music. One of the security guards were really unprofessional, wrapped in towels, pressed against a patio heater, and on their phone. I thought it was a homeless person. Rouge Room management seems so careless, that they don’t even bother responding to their many negative reviews. The holiday decor was fine. Most of the staff I interacted with were courteous. The only good thing about the experience were the drinks.

Tonight was my first time at the Rouge Room inside Red Rock Casino in Summerlin, and wow, what an experience. The atmosphere was absolutely stunning, and I felt so lucky to catch Jan Jan and The Gentleman performing live. Their talent and energy were unreal. I’ll definitely be back next Thursday to see them again.
On top of the amazing music, the bartender Lee went above and beyond. Attentive, friendly, and just made the whole night even better. Honestly, this place is a hidden gem, and I can already tell I’ll be a regular.
