Hi our main menu items are our meat balls and pastas. Served at Rouge Bistro are shrimp meatballs, pork, chicken, turkey and soon Beyond meatballs. We also offer chicken sandwiches, ground beef burgers, salmon, 11 flavors of chicken wings, vegan items and tasty desserts. We have a roof top patio available for private events. Rouge Bistro is perfect for all occasions – date spot, girls night, even event space! The restaurant is huge and the atmosphere is sexy but still welcoming.
The food was delicious! The wings pack a huge flavor punch and have a lot of pieces in each order – my favs are the Sunkissed (they taste like the soda) and lemon pepper! The other must try are their meatballs – get a bowl of balls (8 mini meatballs) or larger meatballs as your entree. We loved the Chicken Meatballs served with Mac & Cheese.
Reservations are recommended, especially at night. Street parking or parking lot parking next to the restaurant.

Wow, I looked up some good places in St. Louis and this little gem popped up on Instagram. The good looked amazing and seemed reasonably priced, so I figured why not. My husband and I stilled by 8/21 around 1 for a late lunch. As soon as we walked in, we were happily greeted and quickly seated. Everything sounded great. We had a hard time trying to figure out what we wanted. Finally, we figured we would try the orange meat balls, spaghetti with meatballs, and rough wings. Nothing disappointed! It all came out hot and fresh. You could really tell the quality was there. We will definitely be returning and bringing friends and family. This is the one!

Cool place with a unique menu — it’s basically various meatballs or wings, many of which sound really great. I tried the Meat Balls A’ la Rouge which was really quite tasty. The meatballs were properly gigantic and well-made, and the dish overall was fairly filling. I also got an order of the Rouge Wings, which had a fantastic BBQ-ish flavor, tho they were rather on the small side; definitely an appetizer not an entree. Overall, really cool place!

When our waitress brought our food to us, It was not the complete order. The food was cold. My friend sent her dish back. But because we ordered the same thing. When they brought me my order, it looked like the exact plate my friend sent back. The best thing about this place is the atmosphere and lemonade.

We had this delivered so the only thing we can speak on is the food. It was GREAT! The only thing we didn’t like was the meatballs. It was a little sweet for my liking. The other flavors were probably good. We had a chicken sandwich that was absolutely a nice twist on the classic. The sauce was superb. We had fried pickles and wings as well. They were really good. Maybe a little more spice on the wings but that is all.

The customer service was great, our server suggested good food options and they did not miss. Food was as described, made to order and delicious. We had Shrimp meatballs Alfredo and Caribbean Jerk wings, the wing were smaller so they gave you a lot more. The atmosphere was clean and attractive. Can’t wait to go back!!!

1st and foremost i give my honest opinion when it comes to food chains and restaurants; everyday is a different day. Nonetheless this establishment has amazing food 10/10. As a black business owner myself it seems as if black establishments don’t teach their employees proper restaurant etiquette. Wasn’t greeted at the door upon arrival, i found someone to seat me and my party of 3. Table had to be cleaned upon seating, along with no silverware. After ordering food took about 38 minutes to come ( yes i timed them ). Granted everything was good, i wish the customer service was a lot better. OTHER than that, the atmosphere is great, along with the food. PLEASE TRAIN EMPLOYEES on proper restaurant etiquette; when talking, seating, serving, etc.
