Tasty omelet and salad w/kale,farrow and shrimp. Came for Sunday brunch and didn’t have to wait. Also there is outdoor dining overlooking Rittenhouse Square. Staff was nice and decor was elegant French chic

Nice outdoor seating that allows for fun people watching. Kind and thoughtful service from staff as a whole. It took a while to get our meal but they were busy throughout the night and still accommodating/ present throughout. The burger did not disappoint Gruyere cheese, jammy carmalized onions, a touch of fresh pickles made it memorable!! Get table fries to share!

I was excited to try this place last night since it’s always so crowded and I’ve heard good things. Sadly, I was disappointed. I ordered the burger and I requested that it be cooked medium well and it was raw on the inside and inedible. I sent it back and asked for it to be well done and it was still raw on the inside. Blood was literally coming out when I cut the burger in half. My friend ordered the half of chicken and it wasn’t cooked all the way, unfortunately he’s been stomach sick with possible food poisoning since last night. The waitress came over and said that they comped my bill but didn’t, and only took off $15 for the “inconvenience”. A manager never came over to rectify the situation. So disappointed! It’s a shame because this restaurant was highly recommended and for the price point and location, there shouldn’t be any issues of uncooked food and food Bourne illnesses. I would not recommend and will not return.

I’ve had this place saved for some time to try, but every time I’d go to book they never had anything available. It constantly being booked and the high rating convinced me it was worth it to try one day. It’s possibly the high hopes I had contributed to my rating, but overall I was disappointed. I know now that it constantly being booked is because the inside is rather small, not necessarily because it’s “that good”. The cocktails were well made and very pretty, the atmosphere was cute and themed. The food is the major miss. We got the shoshito peppers, which by themselves were fine, but the dressing or dipping sauce reminded me of spicy thousand island. The chicken sandwich, which we took off half the bread, and the burger. The… Burger… Here is where I felt betrayed. It’s highlighted as “the best burger in the city, the best burger I’ve had” and I wonder if these people know what a burger should taste like. The key to cooking is not always all the extras, but simply salt. The burger lacked salt. I ate half as is and half of just the patty. I would more than likely come here for drinks, but only that. My other thought is that people think because something is in Rittenhouse it is going to be amazing, but generally like the people who live there, it’s more show than substance.

The area is ideal because if you sit outside you have a view of the Ritten House Square Park & can take a stroll after dinner. The waiter was nice and the interior was pretty. They plate the food very pretty.

No reservation on 4th of July 2023 was no deterrent for excellent service and fabulous food. Saleea is a good service ambassador – ask for her. Burger, Eggs Benedict, Bread Pudding with Ice Cream Rocked the Park! Decor is modest and appropriate. Music entirely too loud inside and out. Vocals and rhythm take over normal conversation.

So I’ve eaten here a number of times on different days and different times of the day over the past few years, and I’ve been impressed every time.

My boyfriend and I came here and loved it! We both got fauxjitos, watermelon spritzer and lavender lemonade, which were excellent. We also really liked our dinners as well as the beautiful decorations. I loved my shrimp bucatini. Waitress was so sweet. Will be back!

Beautiful location smack dab in Rittenhouse Square. What really stood out here was the service. The manager took amazing care of us after we came in straight from the airport: he offered to put our luggage in his office, and even sent us a free round of drinks! Espresso martinis were excellent, as was the burger. Only word of caution is to avoid sitting outside right by the street, as traffic is only a couple feet away and can feel like it’s right in your face (and your ears). But to be clear, not the restaurant’s fault in any way, just have some common sense about where you sit!
