Overall, this new restaurant is definitely worth a try. They offer a great variety of pizza options, along with some really solid non-pizza dishes as well. The beer selection is AMAZING, and it looks like they host a good number of events too, which is a fun bonus. The food was yummy, and while the service was just okay, it didn’t take away from the experience. I’ll definitely be back!

The pizza was really good with quality ingredients. The ricotta was very creamy with a unique flavor which was very tasty. The only thing I would change about the pizza would be less grease and to make the crust crunchier. The pizza was a bit floppy. The bread pudding was absolutely delicious and I would highly recommend it. We will definitely come back.

Rotolo’s has been open for several weeks now and we finally had a chance to go. Henry was amazing and took great care of us. He was going over the menu with us and we weren’t able to order until a few minutes past happy hour ended but he went out of the way to honor the happy hour specials. Talk about great service. There are a lot of styles of pizzas ranging from thin crust to Chicago Deep Dish. We ordered the Detroit Style Sausage Pizza and it was amazing! Keep in mind they might run out as they only make 35 a day. If you like beer be sure to come on Thursdays. They have a lot of options and you get get a glass for $3!

Stellar pizza place. Got to try deep dish for the first time and it was amazing. I love the sauce here. We also tried the eggnog dessert calzone (forgot to take a picture) and it was legendary, super creamy.

One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! The food is so good, the service is amazing, and the happy hour is great. You can’t beat 50% off all pizzas. I’ve tried the Detroit and the deep dish and they’re both amazing. The pastas are also good. We always come back almost every week to eat here. I recommend this place 1000%!!

We came on a Saturday for lunch and the restaurant wasn’t too crowded. We had great service and the food came out relatively quick.
My favorite was the Uncle Tony pizza. It was so flavorful! I loved the burrata salad as well. My cousin got the shrimp Alfredo pasta and the shrimp was good but the Alfredo was a bit bland.
Overall we enjoyed it and would definitely come back!

Amazing food, friendly staff and good prices. My go to pizza spot from now on. They have 1/2 off menu pizzas on weekdays 2-5pm. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend.

We were excited to try Ritolos, but left a little disappointed. The restaurant itself is cute, but it was freezing inside — we couldn’t get comfortable the whole time. The kids’ spaghetti and meatballs was $8 and came in a really small portion — definitely not enough for a typical kid’s appetite. To top it off, the bathroom was out of toilet paper, which doesn’t give the best impression for a new place.
Hoping they work out the kinks, because it has potential, but for now it feels like they’re still figuring things out.

What a surprise! Rotolo’s has some of the most wonderful and unique pizza ever! All this, and live music nights too! Never thought Carrollton would be so lucky, but here we are. Whether you order online and take it home, or arrive to sit a spell and enjoy a brew and their tasty food, it is a good experience.

The food looked great, but unfortunately, I found a fingernail in my dish. We were seated on the patio, so I went inside and informed the host, who kindly offered to have the food remade. A few minutes later, our waitress came out to apologize and said she wasn’t sure how it happened.
My husband made a lighthearted joke about trying to figure out whose nail it was, and I even showed my own nails (which are blue) — I almost thought it was mine at first, but the one in the dish was black. When I noticed her nails were the same color, she seemed to take offense, and the interaction quickly became uncomfortable.
At that point, we just asked for the check and left. The situation was handled with a poor attitude, which made an already unpleasant experience even worse. Hopefully, this was just a one-time mistake, but it definitely left a bad impression.
