Went here late Wednesday to get some dinner and were seated immediately . The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food is decent, pizza can be a bit greasy but the taste is good. Definitely recommend trying if you’re in the area

This is a pizza and brewery-style spot with a cool, industrial interior. It’s a decent-looking space and feels like it has potential for a fun, laid-back vibe. However, there was no background music playing, which made the restaurant feel awkwardly quiet.
We were one of only three tables dining, yet it took about 50 minutes for our food to come out. After that long of a wait, we then had to ask for silverware and plates. When they still didn’t arrive, my husband ended up getting up, asking again, and bringing them to the table himself.
For a casual pizza and brewery place, we expected a more relaxed and efficient experience. Unfortunately, the slow service and lack of attention really took away from our visit.
I don’t recommend… we will stick with our other pizza place.

Went to Rotolos on a whim when actually driving to another place for Pizza and can’t say it was a great detour for us .The Ambience was amazing with people and families actually playing game with a person over the mike and having so much fun so great atmosphere to really have a good time.Our server was a really great girl with lots of energy and serving with a smile.Ordered the Deep dish Windy City..it was good but a bit too much sauce for my liking and I finally made peace that deep dishes aren’t for me .But would love to try more in the future .

We ordered a pick up through uber eats and when we received message that order was ready along with receipt we headed to the restaurant. When we arrived not only was the order not ready they had not even started our order. We then presented them with receipt and they preceded to look in their system where they had no order under the name Katie. We left with no food and when we tried to cancel order through uber eats they called the restaurant where they told uber eats that are order was quote “being prepared”. I could not cancel my order or receive refund for my food that let me remind you we never received. To add fuel to the fire the other customer in the store was also waiting for his order that he never received after an hour of waiting! I highly recommend never going to this location unless you want to be out of pocket with no food. Highway robbery.

Ordered takeout. Detroit style pizza tastes great. We tried the garlic chicken which comes with chicken, tomatoes. The flavors were great. You can taste the garlic. The pizza was incredibly oily tho. The spicy wings were not bad at all, it had a variety of different types of chicken wings included such as drums, wings. The spinach artichoke dip was my FAVORITE. Super creamy and flavorful. The chips to dip are perfect. There are soft parts & crunchy, it’s also seasoned really well. So flavors bursting from everywhere.
You pick up your take out from the bar. The restaurant was packed for a Thursday evening (which is a good sign). This place is def worth it. The prices however for the Detroit style pizza is really high (understandable) but the portion is enough for 2-3 people depending on what else you order. Also wish they used less oil and had more healthier options for pizza like a vegetarian pizza.

I tried Rotolo’s on the recommendation of a friend. It’s very nice and inside.
My waitress was quick to walk me through the menu and her favorites. Although in the end I wish I had gotten my friend’s fav The Big Apple Deep Dish.
I settled on the First Timer Deep Dish. This was my first time trying deep dish and it wasn’t really my thing. I came away feeling it was good but not great. It just didn’t stand out to me. I thought the sauce was good but the meat kinda overpowered it. It almost more like a sandwich than pizza. The crust wasn’t anything special to me. I was a little disappointed that I had just spent $30 on a pizza that I didn’t deem as really good.
The restaurant was nice, the waitress was excellent, but I just didn’t feel the Deep Dish was great.
Would I go back? I would go back and try a regular pizza and see if that was any better than the deep dish.

4 for drinks and dinner(pizza).

No connection between front of house and kitchen. Orders coming out late, incorrect and focus seemed to be on take-out orders. Tables not cleared and staff seemed unorganized. .
Manager stated they were short-staffed and only one person in kitchen and two in dining room.
Asked for drink/app bill after 2 hours and no pizza. To managers credit, he showed up at door with our boxed pizzas at no charge as we were leaving.

On a pickup order, meaning an online order where we walk in and pickup food, my wife tipped $2 as a thank you for reminding her about red pepper flakes. The guys at the counter literally said “oh, come on!” So I guess we just won’t come back.
I know tips are a thing, heck we’re great tippers normally. But I’m not spending an extra $15 on an online order where I have to pickup the food myself. We’ve been there twice and I guess that’s all the business they need. To be insulted for what we did voluntarily give is maddening, and frankly your food isn’t good enough to be that rude.

You guys! I had the Bacon Alfredo Detroit style ordered to my home, and let me tell you… that pizza was SO amazing! My husband and I shared it and it was the absolute perfect amount for two people and it was beyond delicious, I think I may dream of how good it tasted! 10/10 recommend! I have dined in as well at this location and everytime I walk away satisfied. Thank you for the amazing food and amazing customer service!

After reading the reviews I was excited to eat some good pizza. I had the cracker thin crust.
My food had a chemical taste in the sauce that I didn’t notice until I got a slice with a “dollop” of sauce on it. It was pretty bitter, possibly old?
The service was o.k. My server was more concerned with going outside to sit on the patio.
Fork knife and plate were all dirty, asked for a new plate and the server brought one but left the dirty plate :/. The bar was pretty sticky and smelled of a bathroom.
Just overall appetite ruining, not returning.
