Stopped in for lunch today and it was so good! Juan took great care of us — super kind and attentive the whole time. Service was awesome and the food did not disappoint. The catfish and shrimp basket is a must, and the spicy snow crab legs were SO good. Definitely coming back.

If I could remove all stars for the food I would. I have come back to my original review after eating here for the third time. The second time ordered the same thing as the first time, it was terrible which shocked me because of how good the food was on my first visit. Came back again thinking maybe it was a one off. Tonight I ordered the Mexican sampler. I was given 4 chips with beans and chicken that had absolutely no flavor. 3 small wedges of a quesadilla with the none flavor and two taquitos cut in half which I never tried because I was already grossed out. My husband ordered Richies Pollo Platter and the whole dish lacked seasoning, bland rice. Waitress was amazing but the server who brought our plates out was not pleasant at all! Needless to say we wont be returning. Below is my orginal review and I added a picture of my plate from tonight.
The Angus hamburger steak with onions and mushrooms was absolutely wonderful. The chicken fried steak was good as well and my son ordered the buffalo tenders. All around good food and we will definitely be returning.

The crawfish was $4 above market price. Market price is what they claimed to be selling it at. The crawfish was soggy. The green drink was a hurricane but a hurricane is not green and does not taste like just pineapple juice. What this was is blue curaçao and pineapple juice that’s not a hurricane. The old fashioned was missing an orange peel ,cherry and bitters. I watched her put whiskey and simple syrup in a shaker and shake it with out bitters that is not how you make an old fashioned. The bartender Tracy H. Was incompetent she didn’t even know that she had bullet bourbon on the shelf in plane site. 3/4 items messed up resulted in no tip. Will not go back. Will not recommend my enemies going there.

We have visited Roth’s for over seven years, and we have encountered food and service issues. We use to visit every Wednesday, but lately the food and service have become issues. The waitress with pony tail is very rude and unprofessional! This past Wednesday, February 11, 2026, was the worst service and food we have received in over seven years! In fact the few times we have visited in the past months service and food both are not what we have experienced in the past. Owner, we ask you get back to basics and do what you have done in the past, or we want return! Very disappointed in your service and food, we support local businesses, but we are struggling to support you!

My Aunt and I were there Feb 14th and the waitress/bartender was very rude! She literally ignored us and catered to EVERYONE BUT us and I’m sure it was because of the color of our skin. It’s sad that in 2026 we still have racist people in this world. We were there spending money like everyone else was and should’ve received the same treatment. She tried saying she was busy but anytime someone else called for her she would run to them. She couldn’t even take our order for running to all the whites that came in..and no I’m not racist at all BUT the truth is the truth! I’ve been to Roth’s several times and I’ve NEVER had an experience like I did yesterday. It was ridiculous and unacceptable! She even made jokes with some customers she was waiting on saying things like “I mean I guess I’m not busy” and a lot of other things. Again I’ve never had an experience like that and I won’t be back!!

The place to go for the best pancake breakfast. Hashbrowns were a little oily and tough. Bisquits and gravy were delicious!!! The omelette was huge and very tasty with fresh vegetables ! Coffee was strong which is a must on a Monday morning!!!

They have a HUGE variety of menu items to choose from seafood to burgers. I’ve gotten the fried oysters, fried catfish, and just a cheeseburger before. All the food has always been good, and the service is always good too! A great place to stop if you’re hungry in Wills Point.

It’s always the small places that makes a great impact. This place was one of those places. It’s far out but my co-workers and I met there for lunch. I had dessert and it was a fun dessert.
The restroom was clean and for a small place out in the country, I was pleased that the restroom was well kept.

Super cozy restaurant right on Highway 80! My steak was delicious and perfectly cooked to medium. Hub’s fish was yummy! Exceptional service and we’ll 100% go back.
