Something to keep in mind when you come and eat at Rosy’s, don’t overdo it with the chips and salsa you will be full by the time you have your food. The food is delicious, and the portions are generous. As you can see from the video and pictures, the ribs chilaquiles are as good as it looks and the breakfast ribs are just the same. The homemade tortillas with the beans are to die for. Good things come to those who wait. This goes to my first comment, it took about 20 min to get our food, so go easy with the chips. The food was on point and will be back for more.

Met up with my girls to have brunch. I had the combination plate: 2 shredded beef enchiladas and one asada sope. The food was delicious the coffee hit the spot! Definitely coming back to try a different plate.
