Moved from Chicago to Morgantown. Visiting Charles town. I had a horrible time finding good food. My expectations were minimal from Rossy but it was indeed a pleasant surprise. Rossy is a family owned restaurant. You can feel the warmth and hospitality when u walk in. The food is beyond amazing. I have traveled and tried different cuisines. This place had one of the most fresh delicious food to offer. Its fairly priced and has large servings. I have been ordering food from her since the day o visited her the first time.

5 star. Best place in Charles Town for breakfast. It’s in an outside town area but it’s not in a bad location. I had the county fried chicken. I can’t believe how perfect it was. If they can maintain this quality of service and food. This maybe the only place I eat in Charles Town.

Wow! Amazing service and great food. We came to Harpers Ferry for the weekend and had been so underwhelmed by the food around here… this place saved our weekend from a food standpoint. Off the beaten path but so good! We had the southwest rolls for the app- almost ordered seconds! Dinner was a Rueben and tacos and yuuummmm! Finished off our plates. Also was impressed with how fast we were served. This is the only place around here I would recommend.

Traveling through and found Rossy’s on a Google search of local restaurants and decided to stop by this quaint little turquoise restaurant. Staff was friendly and I enjoyed the Baja tacos. I would definitely stop by again if traveling through the area.

We discovered this hidden gem the end of July and came back in August to try something new. Our experience the second time was just as fantastic as the first time. The variety of menu options for Brunch and other mealtimes are extensive. The four members of our family have all tried different dishes and each of us were very happy with our selections. I had a Bloody Mary on my first visit and it also hit the mark. I highly suggest this restaurant no matter what kind of food you are in the mood for. Brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday 11-2 only, but if you come during those hours and prefer something not Brunch related, just ask for the regular menu. Can’t miss with this place!!
