The pastries are delicious. Never got a bad tasting pastry. However the 2 times that I’ve gone in I’ve had the same girl help me. She is very unpleasant. Horrible customer service. Next time I go I’m going to look in the door first and see if she’s in there so I don’t go in.

Stopped by and picked up 4 cupcakes to go. All cold, frosting ran right off tops and dry.
Went into about a month ago and got 4 cupcakes and a dozen cookies(wanted to try their selection). Again, cupcakes were dry and frosting shifted in box before arrived home and cookies were good that day yet by the next day, they became rock hard.
Unfortunate, their pastries use to be the best.

We chose to have Rossmoor Pastries make our wedding cake and it was the perfect choice! At the cake tasting, the staff were so kind, helpful, and easy to work with and the cake was just so delicious that it was an easy choice to pick them. Communicating our vision through email was easy and they were so accommodating after we changed our design a few times. The day of, when the cake was delivered, I was immediately impressed with how they brought our vision to life! Our guests complimented on how the blueberry filling was a yummy, unique choice. I would definitely recommend working with them!

My interaction today was extremely disappointing. The young woman with red hair assisting me around 3:17 PM displayed an openly hostile attitude. Through her tone and body language, she made it clear that helping customers was an inconvenience and that doing even the bare minimum felt like too much to ask. The lack of professionalism was obvious and uncomfortable.
I have ordered cakes from this location in the past, but I will no longer be returning. I will be taking my business to Suzie’s Cakes instead, where customers are treated with courtesy and respect. To make matters worse, she left my pastries unattended while going to the back, allowing flies to gather around them. I had to repeatedly swat flies away due to her carelessness, which was both unacceptable and unsanitary.

I was driving by and smelled the fresh bakery fooss so I made the u-turn and checked it out. I got one of each croissant and one raspberry cheesecake. Biting into the almond croissant was sooo good, it is the best quality I have ever tasted in my life. They are big, heavy, moist, fluffy, refreshing. Try them out!

The best chocolate Danish ever, I would give it a 5/5. Breads are also good. As for other pastries and cakes, I think they taste average, but they usually have very nice cool decorations, specially some of their custom cakes (“respect my authoritah”). I have never ordered a customized cake at this place, so I’m pretty sure if I ever do order one, they can meet my peaky taste in cakes. The staff are very friendly.

I always find something delicious to try. They still have soft gingerbread cookies (not sure if it’s seasonal, I always miss hot crossed bun season). I’ve been avoiding buying a whole bag of snowball/wedding cookies all during the holidays. So I was very glad to buy only 1 here. It was the perfect amount, so soft and buttery, plus I love them with pecans! I really wanted the 18ct Carrot cake from Bixby’s Brooklyn Deli for my bday but they closed. I look forward to trying this little carrot cake cupcake.

Our special occasion we get some treats from this place, they have a wide selection of delicious cakes and pastries. My husband loves chocolate (for me is too sweet) but I prefer vanilla or Blueberry filling for my cakes.
