Quality is declining, we order fairly consistently and today the chicken cheesesteak and regular cheesesteak were empty, basically all roll, salty, and not good. Each past order the quality and been worse than the previous order. We were being optimistic that they may have gotten better. We will likely still order pizza, which is good, but do not recommend the steaks.

Our office ordered from here today and we loved the food. We got the Quakertown pizza and the grilled chicken sandwich special, everyone really enjoyed the pizza, nice toppings to sauce ratio and the person who got the grilled chicken special said “Now, that is a grilled chicken sandwich” so he loved it. We will be ordering from Rossi’s again!!!! Just one request…..Coke Zero would be great!

Great pizza and hoagies! To all the people who complained and gave negative reviews. Shame on you! You obviously have no idea what it takes to even start a restaurant or run one! You must have a love for people to even consider starting one. Long hours and trying to keep fresh food on hand day to day not knowing how many customers you will get, it’s difficult enough to do in my own refrigerator try to do it on a restaurant scale. And I guess you never had a family emergency or a bad day? You didn’t get your food fast enough so you give this nice gentleman who is trying his best a bad review! Shame on you! Their pizza is excellent let me say that again excellent!! Their hoagies fresh and delicious. I’m very thankful for this little establishment. God Bless

Food is GREAT unfortunately you can’t place orders or expect to get your orders right. Thought we found our go to place but they have no organize here or don’t train properly.
We ordered through UberEats, the order arrived COMPLETELY WRONG, someone else’s order. We had to drive the food back, pick up the correct order after waiting in line as this place sent out the wrong orders to everyone that night. No apology, no credit, no nothing. So I paid Uber a nice tip to receive the wrong food just for me to have to go pick up in the end.
We decided ok we’ll pick up for now on and pay cash to avoid the last screw up. Tonight we call, the young man that answers the phone CLUELESS!! Tried to order 2 cheesesteak specials, he is talking about cheesesteaks deluxe, now we have 3 people trying to take the order and no one can find the button on the register. I said I’ll place the order online, they said ok and hung up. I’ll never call back or order here again.

They always get your order correct and pay attention to the little details.

Stopped in around dinner time, phone was ringing nonstop. Counter help was REALLY friendly. Food was ready very quickly. Pizza, Stromboli and fries were cooked well and delicious. Prices were competitive. Room to eat in, but seems a great to-go or delivery option.

I gave five-star because everything is fresh every time I go and delicious and always wanting me to come back for more it’s a wonderful family environment and the food is really impressive if you want to take somebody out to impress them this is the place to be.
I live too far away for them to deliver so I definitely make it a point when I’m out and about in that direction to stop by and fill my belly with the best of the best!!
You really get what you pay for a very generous portion of food. And the sauce oh my goodness the sauce….Whew!!

My wife and the stopped here for lunch. The pizza was great! I think it’s the cheese that makes the difference, I could taste it as soon as I took a bite. My wife loved it to. We also had their pizza fries, just like it sounds, fries with sauce and mozzarella. Didn’t think I’d like them, but the were great. The staff were friendly and made the place feel nice.

the very first time I called the store I was left on hold for 7 minutes until somebody actually took my order. when I came to pick up the order, the box smelt like it was crafted outside and the pizza on the inside of the box smelt like it was made outside (in which it probably wasn’t exactly made outside, that’s just how it smelt.) the pizza box and pizza smelt weird and had a funky taste after that acknowledgement. I personally don’t recommend these guys for pizza ordering
