This gem recently came up on my radar. I saw it was getting a lot of good hype so I had to check it out for myself.. and WOW!!
Incredible pizza they are slinging out in an unassuming commercial plaza. Super high quality, delicious and the stuff of pizza dreams. You can see the attention to detail in their work. As a professional chef in the industry I know when a place invests a lot into their product. I’ve ordered from here twice so far and sheesh their pizza is amazing. Easily the best pizza spot in town and maybe all of Florida!

Let’s start by saying I’ve been a fan of Rossano’s since they were at the brewery in Delray,(pre 14th st) and I was very interested in what this place would deliver. Walking in you are immediately confronted with the fact that this is not Neopolitan pizza, which is fine, but not what I expected. There’s also a wide variety of pizza by the slice, that if you wanted to order a whole pie of that sheet pan style pizza, they need two days notice. So in addition to the NY style 16” pie(Margherita w mushrooms) We also tried a slice, re-heated for $8.00. Mind you, I have a large wood burning pizza oven at home and make my own 48 hour cold bulk fermented dough, so I know first hand the work involved in the sheet pan style pizzas…..but $8.00, $5 yes, but I’m sorry, $8.00 is obnoxious. I am also the last person who looks at price when eating or shopping for food as quality costs $, but that’s an excessive price for a re-heated product. You want to charge $8 for hot out of the oven, fine, but re-heated price needs to drop. Btw, the sheet pan style pizza was very good and the dough was the reason why. Great depth of flavor. Btw, this place is take-out only, with 1 deplorable picnic table out front. Our 16” Margherita came out and looked amazing, but it was just good, because the dough was bland, lacking depth of flavor and salt. I was so dumbfounded by the lack of flavor until I ate the crust only, that was the reason. That pie btw, was $32, which is in line with what good pizza costs these days. One and done for me, I’ll continue to go to his original pizza truck and while it’s not wood burning Neopolitan, it’s still an excellent pie.

Holy Schnikees! First time here, just happened upon it. Take out only. All of the pizza looked great. They offer a selection of slices in the window, each slice is cut into 4 pieces. Crust was not too thick and not paper thin, was just right and crispy. I got one Spicy Calabrian and one Margherita. Both slices were tasty and delicious but the Calabrian was just my type. They make a Red Pie (tomato pie for those of us in the know) that I will try next time there. Highly recommended. You will taste the love!

Rossanos truly has a winner here at the pizza lab! Delicious pizza and Roman style slices. I picked the veggies one and ordered a mushroom pie. OMGoodness, delicious. Sauce is excellent with high quality mozzarella. Dough is different from his Neapolitan style at the food truck but very good, light, not dense or heavy. Easy takeout spot, 2 tables outside. They also have sandwiches! Make it a point to stop by, I came from Hollywood because Rossanos is #1!! Super friendly employees, even walked to my car to put the pizza in my trunk. ❤

Fantastic hidden little gem. One of my Italian friends who used to work in the pizza industry recommended this pizza lab to me stating it was a little mom and pop shop that made very authentic and delicious pizza. I ordered the truffle cheese, ham and pepperoni, which were absolutely fantastic. All my friends tried it also stated this was one of the best pizzas they had ever eaten. I will certainly be back for more, easily 10 out of 10.

We got the spicy calabrian pizza and the sausage cacio e pepe.. delicious. Called the order in, they mentioned it would be 15 min. We were running a little behind but the pizza was still super warm. My boyfriend went to go grab it and was in and out in a minute. He mentioned this seems like a family run spot and the folks were super friendly. Not only that, the pizza was truly delicious.. well-seasoned, the crust was a great texture and well worth the price. I highly recommend.

The pizza here has a thin, delicious crust that’s perfectly crisp yet wonderfully juicy. The quality is top-notch, and it didn’t leave me feeling heavy, just like authentic Italian pizza! The toppings are fresh and flavorful. And they have the best garlic oil ever to go with the pizza! I recommend!

As a Northeast guy I’ve only ever given one other pizza review because honestly I think good pizza in Florida is almost like saying “Jumbo” shrimp. Well that was until yesterday.
This place is for real! It doesn’t just make pizza, it crafts a phenomenal pizza with a range from Italian authentic to artisan. The flavor profiles make it clear they are made from fine imported ingredients. The real ones know. These guys understand the true art of pizza. Great charred crust with excellent crisp and flavor. The dough is everything and I appreciated every bit of it.
If you’ve ever walked into a place and just knew instantly it was a gem so you order 3x’s more than you could possibly eat, then this place is for you. It was only my wife and I, but I ordered:
1 Margherita, 1 truffle ham, 1 tomato pie and as a bonus buy I ordered an incredible sandwich that felt like it was made with the love of your Nona.
It was an amazing first time experience and everything we ordered was phenomenal! Thank you guys for caring enough to make a great pizza!!!!!
Oh yeah…And they have a nice selection of slices, including tomato pie, something else you rarely see in FL. Do yourself a favor and go there…like get up and go there right now. Thank me later!

As a self-proclaimed pizza lover and food connoisseur, I’ve tasted pies from all over—but this one stands out above the rest.
The dough? Pure perfection—crispy on the outside, light and airy on the inside. The sauce and cheese come together in a perfect harmony of flavor that literally explodes in your mouth with every bite.
In my opinion, this pizza easily earns a 9.6 on the Dave Portnoy scale. It’s that good.
