We actually learned about this place from the local Cartersville calendar. This restaurant is located Downtown Cartersville. Great food. Great people. Wonderful atmosphere. A step back in time. Wonderful historic restaurant that has stayed the same since 1945. Wow♥️.

I grew up in a time where you had little diners inside drug stores and different retail stores. When I eat at Ross Diner, it’s like stepping into the past, sitting on the stool at the counter top.
They have a delicious breakfast menu, but I must confess that I love a good sandwich….a club or BLT or a fried bologna, always with a side of hot crispy fries!
When you are at Ross diner, make sure to save room for a fried pie, and I highly recommend getting it with the cup of icecream! While the strawberry pie is my most favorite(again, it takes me back to those fond childhood memories), how can you go wrong with a fried pie!?!
The waitress’ are all very sweet at Ross, and it is ALWAYS a treat to get to go and eat here!
I hope that it will bring you joy like it does me when you dine here as well! ♀️

Arrived for breakfast at this small town diner in Cartersville, GA .. limited bar seating so we arrived around 1000A and found two seats .. I ordered 3 eggs sunny-side-up and bacon with hash browns along w/biscuits and gravy and the Mrs ordered 3 scrambled eggs with grits, hash brown, and biscuits and gravy .. food tasted like we cooked it in our own kitchen and the biscuits/gravy was fantastic .. very delicious meal for your money makes an awesome value and dining experience .. they even sell Ross’s Diner merchandise .. by the time we finished our meal, most of the seats were taken and there was a line by the door

Such a great breakfast spot in this town. A must stop place for anyone wanting a delicious breakfast and experience a local joint from out of town. The chicken and biscuit and gravy breakfast was so good and a ton of food.

The country steak with gravy was incredible. The slaw dog you have to fork to believe and the apple pie or turnover didn’t look like much but was so amazing. Easily 5 stars for service and flavor.
