As a Northern Exposure fan I always wanted to visit this little town and finally did last year. We stopped at this little coffee shop and got some drinks and they were excellent! I was just reminiscing over pictures of our trip and recall enjoying our mochas in a little gazebo on the corner. The barista was friendly and the drinks were perfect. Worth the stop and memory for sure. 🙂

Madison has absolutely crushed it taking over our local coffee stand! The transformation is unreal, in the best way possible.
Madison is always running fun specials. On top of great coffee options, she has created a massive menu of Red Bull and Lotus flavor combos (like, SO MANY!), and the collectible stickers? Adorable. Every detail feels thoughtful and intentional.
They use locally roasted coffee (which you can taste in every sip), and the baked goods and breakfast items are from the beloved 509 Bakehouse in downtown Cle Elum, which just makes it even better. You can feel the local love in every single detail.
And the perks?!
For every 10 punches (coffee or food), you get a FREE movie ticket to the Roslyn Theater, our town’s one and only charming, historic movie house. Or, spend $20 and get TWO free tickets. That’s such a unique and thoughtful way to support local and treat yourself at the same time.

Ok wow how cute is this place?! The service was great, the vibe is cozy, and it was so fun to walk right up to the window on a snowy day. The latte was perfect & I appreciate that they don’t charge extra for almond milk! Bonus that there’s also a super cute movie theater next door 🙂

I visited Roslyn Coffee Company twice while on vacation last week! My initial issue with the shop was that they didn’t have a drink menu with any options to choose from. I wouldn’t say you need tons & you don’t even have to update it often with specials, but at least a few specialty drinks to choose from would be nice. Some people maybe like the freedom to create whatever drink they’d like, but you can do that at any coffee shop. I would have really liked the guessing to have been taken out of the experience & just had a few tried & true local favorites to choose from!
My bigger issue came with my drink. I ordered a honey vanilla matcha latte. I watched the barista make the matcha & it was just done incorrectly. The powder was added to the bottom of the cup with the honey, the syrup & a little bit of hot water, then mixed. But it was no where near close to mixed consistently & it turned out to be a truly awful latte that I had to throw away shortly after. The barista scraped the sticky honey/matcha powder mixture off the whisk onto the inside of my cup & filled it with ice & milk & sent me on my way. It was just a lack of training… but I wouldn’t order it again out of fear that the next person wouldn’t know what they were doing.

Super convenient location right in downtown Roslyn! Drive thru or walk up, barista had our drinks memorized by 4th visit. They don’t charge extra for non dairy milks either!
