Every Tuesday coworkers and I enjoy “Taco Tuesday” lunch here. The chips and salsa are outstanding. Wait staff is second to none. They are very kind and always remember us.
Food is good, but pricey.

I met a friend at Rosita’s Fine Mexican Food in Tempe for lunch. We live on opposite ends of town, so this is a good place for us to meet in the middle. We were seated quickly and presented with chips and salsa to snack on while our meal was being prepared. I ordered Chicken Enchiladas and a glass of Pepsi. My friend ordered Spinach Enchiladas and a glass of water. The total, including tax and tip was $49.30. The food was prepared quickly and was hot and delicious. The meal was filling and we definitely did not walk away hungry. There’s a good chance that I will try this restaurant again.

The food was disgusting! It looked like what you should expect at a Mexican restaurant but the food was not good. The enchilada sauce was literally just tomato, salt and black pepper it had no Chile in it. We ordered regular enchiladas and stacked enchiladas and a chimi enchilada style and let me tell you, It was an embarrassment to traditional Mexican food. And to call themselves “fine Mexican food”
We spent $250+ for our meals but the only one who was able to finish their meal was one kid, who ordered hamburgers. The other boy ordered chorizo with egg. It had tomato and onions in it and he couldn’t eat it. That was an immediate waste of $19! We ate more chips and salsa than our entree because the food was terrible. We ate less than half of our dinner and left. We ended up going to dairy Queen to get the taste of that nasty tomato sludge out of our mouths. This place is thumbs down all the way.
The problem is that we thought this was the same restaurant as rositas place— we were wrong! There is only Rositas Place.
We waited for a very long time to get our order. And the waitress was a ghost as soon as our meals came out. However,there was immediate seating for our family of 7 on a Saturday night, GO FIGURE. SMH

The food was great. It’s a restaurant close to my home that serves a really spicy red chili beef. The hostess that greeted me was also my server. The issue occurred after I paid for my food. I added a sarsaparilla and tipped. My server said to grab my drink on the way out. I grabbed my drink and as I reached the exit, a random new server says “hey did you pay for that?” I said yea and started to unfold my receipt. She said “no, if you paid for it then that’s ok”. I won’t be coming back. I really don’t understand why she would think I, a paying customer would steal a soda, and not the $20 in food I just consumed. Why did she think and assume I was a thief?

Door was locked in my face 30 minutes before closing time…..both online and on the door of the establishment, hours are 11am-9pm Sunday-Thursday. Showed up on a Monday at 8:30 to place a to-go order. The woman tried to tell me “oh we close at 8” and did not let me respond before closing and locking the door in my face.
