I just can’t get enough of Rosita’s barbacoa. Not to mention the tamales and even the chicharones are always on point. I’ve been getting it for years. They have these specials that include everything u need to satisfy your hunger, like big red tamales barbacoa tortillas and Chile. This is the best barbacoa and menudo in Texas. GUARENTEED

I’ve been having the special since I was a child and now as an adult I am buying the special for my little family on the weekends. This barbacoa has always been absolutely delicious and NEVER a miss. Yes, it may run out sometimes and if there is a sign saying they’re sold out- why walk in and ask? There’s times we’ve seen the sign and turned back around. Walked in at 1015am, since they close at 1230pm on Sunday, and they already ran out of barbacoa. Guy was rude by saying “that’s why we have a sign out”. Referring to a sign that says SOLD OUT. Very unprofessional.
