Tried this place twice. Both times the tortillas were gross and cold. The first time was bareable to eat as they provided some green salsa. Went back the next day and no green salsa. What???????? Isn’t this place only open on weekends? Like why no green salsa? You had all week to prepare real homemade tortillas and some green salsa. I can’t no more with this place.

Good place to eat. Barbacoa was pretty tasty and less greasy than most places. I enjoyed the hot sauce as well. Could have used a little more cilantro and onion but over 4 out of 5 stars. Pretty girls work there too.

Rositas seriously has the best barbacoa I’ve ever had and I’ve traveled and tried alot of different places. Hers is not super greasy and has great flavor bot to mention all the ladies at the stand are super nice and really make you feel welcome!

We were given a lb. of barbacoa by a friend. and it was the most amazing stuff. They have limited hours, so we tried for 2 weeks to get there to get some more. 1 lb. of barbacoa will give my husband and me several meals. I am hooked and plan to try to keep some in the fridge all the time. Great service and very friendly staff.
