Was out with the wife and were wanting to grab lunch so she found a “Mexican Restaurant” on Google maps. We were surprised when we saw it was a food trailer and we were thinking of just passing it by. So glad we decided to give it a try.
Got a steak burrito (recommended from staff) chips and salsa. The tortilla chips were freshly fried and hot, the salsa was awesome and the burrito was quite honestly the best I have ever had. It was both cooked and seasoned to perfection.
This place reminds me of the original Taco Bus (before they became a crappy chain) or the original Chicken and Taco Loco in Brandon (the food truck, not the restaurant). With that being said Rositas 2 is the better than those other very good locations. I really can’t say enough about how good the food was!!!

I highly recommend them ! I definitely found my spot to go when I’m craving Mexican food 🙂 the birria tacos , flautas w the combo and quesadilla are well very well done cooked ! Their food is worth for their prices .

Came out of the hospital starving. Rosita’s was welcoming and smelled great! Our food was ready in minutes. Steak burrito and chicken burrito all the way, red sauce and green sauce. So delicious! Thank you!!

Jackie is awesome, food was great , and service was great! Food prices are reasonable and taste definitely will make you want to come back if you are in the area Or passing by I highly recommend it! Oh yeah and the drinks are great and refreshing and great sizes! My only draw back is that the sauces come in bags definitely just prefer them in sauce cups but besides that no complaints at all! Wait time was also quick!
