My husband and I come here for our lunch break throughout our work day and service is always fast friendly and efficient. Food is always top notch. Ac is always cranked so it’s a bit chilly besides that the restaurant is very clean and welcoming. Sandra and Anissa at the counter are fantastic and take great care of us. We always look forward to stopping in for lunch! I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Rosie’s Taco Shop in Verrado is a hidden gem! The friendly and helpful staff made my dining experience even more enjoyable. Their Taco Tuesday special is a steal at $7.99, offering four delicious street tacos with your choice of three meats. I opted for a variety and was not disappointed. Each taco was packed with flavor, and the fresh ingredients elevated the taste to new heights.
I also ordered additional tacos to share with my family, including shredded beef and ground beef options. The tacos were a hit at home, and everyone raved about the authentic flavors. If you’re craving mouthwatering tacos in Verrado, Rosie’s Taco Shop is the place to be. I highly recommend giving it a try!

Very, very, very good enchiladas, but just okay street tacos. Not much seating if more than 6 couples are present. Quick service and a clean shop. I would visit again.

This is my go to spot for breakfast burritos and elote!! The burritos are delicious and very large. Only downside is part is they don’t have a burrito with all meats. Most of the time I pay $28 for two burritos since I get multiple proteins. But the customer service and the food is authentic. Will always be my choice for a hearty breakfast!! The salsa cups have great flavor as well. Highly recommend!!

Excellent Food, Hope they get quicker. Visited 4:30 on a Saturday to order, 5 of us. Received the food around 4:58. There were 5 orders ahead of ours based on how they called the tickets. ~30 min is too long to wait for the food when it’s not a fancy sit down place. Will certainly go back to give them another chance. Highly recommend the Chicken Nachos.

I really wanted to love Rosie’s Taco Shop. I ordered the chile relleno in a burrito, wet with enchilada sauce and shredded cheese. The flavors were actually great—really tasty and well-seasoned—but unfortunately, the food was served very cold. The cheese on top wasn’t even melted, which was disappointing. If it had just been hot, this could have been an awesome meal. Hoping it was just an off day, because the flavor definitely shows promise.

Have been there once before and it was great. This time my husband and I ordered carne asada burritos. They had very well done stringy meat in them. That was all that was in them. Salty greasy and not very good meat. Disappointing.

Came in and I expected a wait cause there were other people there which is fine. It took 20 minutes to get our food and then they forgot my desert. When I asked about it the girl with way too much bright pink blush on her face gave me a horrible attitude and then proceeded to laugh in my face over it. Genuinely don’t understand what her issue was when she forgot my desert in the first place.

The Al pastor was a little too wet for my liking. The asada meat didn’t have any real flavor. The asada fries were just about the same as any other restaurant. The red and green salsa was home made and pretty good.
The stellar items was the birria taco. The meat was tender and the taco was crispy. The horchata was delicious and freshly made. The raspberry cream cheese bites were delicious. If I’m in the area I’ll be grabbing those three again!
