Easily my #1 restaurant in Ocean County. Staff is wonderful and very engaging with our toddler. We’ve went as a family probably 5 times. Memorable occasions were my son’s baptism lunch after church and Christmas Eve dinner in 2024. The surf and turf that night was incredible the lobster tails dipped in butter run rent free in my brain. The food is divine, the vibes are immaculate. Make your reservation today!

I came here to celebrate my birthday and everything was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, the bartender greeted us warmly and made sure our drinks were perfect while we settled in. Our server was outstanding—always right there when we needed something, attentive without being overbearing, and truly made the night feel special. The manager also came by to check on us, which shows the level of care and pride this place has in what they do.
The food was incredible—perfectly cooked steaks, flavorful sides, and creative dishes that really stood out (the lobster mac and cheese and roasted carrots were unbelievable). Everything came out beautifully plated and tasted even better than it looked. We finished the night with a birthday dessert that was presented in such a thoughtful way, making the evening extra memorable.
It’s rare to find a spot where the service, food, and atmosphere all hit the mark at the same time, but this place delivers on every level. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dinner out in Ocean Gate.

My absolute favorite new place to Dine. Amazing Food & Staff, I love their Happy Hour available in the bar, such great food. Im a local realtor and I’ve been telling all of my clients and friends about this gem ! Cozy atmosphere , definitely a must try

Cannot recommend this restaurant enough! Recommended by a friend we traveled to Rosie’s from Lavallette, which was quite out of the way from our normal routine but all 10 of us agree that it was well worth it. We made two separate reservations on Open Table since we were such a large group but when we arrived the hostess immediately gave us a perfect side room that sat all of us comfortably. The environment is immediately welcoming and appealing and Emily P, our server, was absolutely wonderful. With perfectly timed beverage and food delivery, we never felt rushed and never felt impatient. We tried many dishes and found everything delicious. Highlights for the starters and shareables were the wagyu carpaccio (so flavorful), Oysters (extremely fresh) and pork belly & bacon duo (savory, smoky and sweet). The lobster bisque is heaven too. The portions of both apps and entrees range from big to huge so we definitely had to take some food home. Entree highlights included the Wasabi crusted Chilean Sea Bass (flavorful with ingredients that complement each other well), the short ribs (perfection) and the Sea scallops (light, tender and flavorful). Cocktails, wine selection and the 3 desserts we had were also excellent. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience and we look forward to returning!

My fiancee booked a table for Valentines day and what a great dinner it was! Beautifully decorated in a very intimate setting.
The lobster fettucine and filet were both incredible. Only disappointment was the fried calamari – I think the chef probably just had a bad catch there

Rosie’s was amazing! We enjoyed the filet, short rib, lobster fettuccine, and more. The service was impeccable. The absolute show stopper were the desserts. The chocolate lava cake and sea salt chocolate chip cookies were without a doubt the best we ever had. Overall, highly impressed! We will absolutely be back.
