We’ve visited several of their locations, and each time the food and service have been consistently excellent. The prices are very reasonable, and the portions are generous, making it a great value. Was in town for business and I ate here every chance I got. Large clean patio with a great atmosphere. Service is quick and our food was to our table in less than 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

The food was delicious as it always is and the service was great. My husband ordered the lunch combo, the beef enchiladas and the beef taco. I ordered the chicken quesadillas with rice and refried beans. The weather was so nice, we ate outside on their patio. Today the temperature was very pleasant for late August in Alabama, which is unusual, we ate outside.

This was such a good dinner spot! In town and we were staying close, so we tried it. They told us it would be a 45 minute wait, but it was only about 15! It was busy on a Friday night, but we could still talk and hear each other. The salsa was amazing, and we got an assortment of entrees from tacos to enchiladas to the pollo loco. Everything was delicious! Rosie was our waitress and was wonderful. Would highly recommend this place to anyone in town!

It was a busy Saturday night And my daughter-in-law had a birthday party. I went early to try and secure some tables and the manage Alexa was outstanding in helping us during a very busy.period. She bent over backwards to make sure my daughter-in-law had an outstanding birthday and we appreciate it! Thank you, Alexa we will be back soon!

I live 2 hours away (Bessemer), was here 5 months ago & couldn’t wait to get back!! It definitely didn’t disappoint me! The food (for 5 of us) was very good (all different meals), salsa was again “DeLicious”, Server was excellent, met a manager & he was very friendly & even brought the owner, who is exceptionally nice on a very busy day. These people are who makes a place really special!!

We had a great experience here today. The food was hot, came out fast, and good as always. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly. People like to joke on Rosie’s because of it being “Tex-Mex” but I know when I go there that I will have a good experience every single time.
Today was special for us. While I stepped away to use the restroom, my husband asked our server, Britney, if she could surprise me with a special virgin drink that would reveal the gender of our first baby based on the color. He was the gender keeper, so I didn’t yet know what the gender would be. She was very excited when she brought it and we really appreciated it. I cried. I’d reveal it to you guys online, but I haven’t told anyone else yet, lol.
She made sure we were well taken care of, offered us to-go drinks, and gave us a complementary dessert on the house for the occasion. We are really grateful and I’ll always remember it.

The food and service and everything are spectacular. The tortillas especially are to die for. But I ordered their nachos and… They gave me a plate with 8 chips, topped with chicken and beans and hefty amounts of melted shredded cheese, with pico, jalapeños, and guac in little side cups. And shredded lettuce just in the middle of the plate. What? I wasn’t warned there was assembly required for my nachos! I felt silly placing jalapeños and pico on each individual chip; I didn’t even bother with the guac and just ate that with the regular dipping chips. Don’t get me wrong, it was tasty, but if that’s what I’m getting when I ask for nachos, then I suggest avoiding the nachos here. Seems like an overzealous attempt at standing out that forgets the joy of a plate of proper nachos.

We had to try this place after seeing the billboard for it day after day. Great food and fast service. They will serve you salsa and chips upon arriving which was some of the best salsa I’ve had in a while. I had the pollo feliz. Large portion sizes! Our waitress was very friendly and came to check on us frequently to refill waters. There is a cute patio outside with a fountain and some metal sculptures that you can walk around in. Great place for a quick and easy dinner in Huntsville.
