Small diner and this is definitely the definition of don’t judge a book by its cover! There were 7 in our group with five ages being 6, 10,12, 18 and 19. When we told them there were 7 of us the response was, “Oh that’s awesome!” Very friendly staff and the food was absolute delicious. The burgers were fresh and hand patted. The bread was homemade. Everything was delicious. The interior is dated but it adds to its charm. The place was clean and did not smell like grease!

Stopped here on a Sunday morning on our way to Crystal Mountain. We were very hungry and need to ensure we were fueled up for all the snowboarding that was to follow! I got the eggs Benedict while my fiancé got the strawberry French toast. Both were delicious and I would recommend. The eggs Benedict were a little overcooked but there had a full house and were busy.
This place would be great for a Sunday morning getaway date for 2 of you as it has a small getaway feeling!
Staff was very friendly.

Quaint little restaurant with amazing service! The blueberry buttermilk pancakes were to die for, especially with fresh hot coffee! Worth stopping by on your road trip!

This place was SO busy when we got there. Once a table clears of people you sit down immediately! But the staff clears the table just as fast as you sit. We were lucky to find a place to sit! The staff was courteous, quick, efficient and friendly. The food was amazing and so delicious! My daughter couldn’t finish her pancakes but we took them with us and ate them through the rest of the day and they were STILL fluffy!! The ONLY downside is that they are only open until 2. But, otherwise, everything was delicious!

Really oscillated between a 4 and a 5 for this place. It’s pretty dated, straight off a dirt road if you come from one direction. It’s also fairly small with seat yourself seating.

That being said, it’s a very fast place. We were in and out in 45 minutes and we ordered a lot of food. As well their homemade sausage gravy and bread really steaks the show. There is ample parking but only one bathroom for the whole restaurant.

I ordered the breakfast sandwich with American and ham. It’s like a super egg McMuffin and was very good and filling. I also ordered half an order of biscuits and gravy. Biscuits were fluffy and gravy was great. A little spicy, super flavorful, ground sausage instead of pieces which I like.

Others at my table ordered the chicken fried steak special which was a great deal for $10. A chicken tender platter which was large and as expected. Chili cheese fries which were kind of disappointing as the cheese was definitely melted in the microwave but I’m pretty sure the chili is homemade and it was good!

Overall, it is your standard small town cafe. I ended up giving 5 stars because the homemade items are unexpectedly good and the service is fast and friendly.

Came back on 09/07/25 and can stay my 5 star holds. Place was packed in the parking lot and inside but we squeezed into a seat. I just got the simple breakfast with eggs, bacon, and toast. I got like 6 pieces of bacon which is so much and it was THICK! Our server, destiny, was great and super nice and helpful. Continues to be a good place to stop for breakfast!

The food was absolutely delicious. Charming “up north” atmosphere, cozy decor. Even in blizzard conditions, there was a steady stream of people in the door. Server was warm and friendly, greeted us immediately. Food was prompt. Large portions. I had the spinach feta omelet and added ham. One of the best I’ve had anywhere. My partner had the biscuits and gravy, ham, sunny side egg with wheat toast. Also one of his fave breakfasts of all time. The ultra thick cut homemade bread really makes this place special. We’re so glad we stopped on our way home. Looking forward to our next trip so we can stop in.

Incredible corned beef hash and the best cinnamon raisin toast I’ve ever had. I love coming Rosie’s after every camping trip. It feels like home. You guys are amazing.

We visited during a peak hour and were immediately impressed by how the establishment handled the volume. While the restaurant was exceptionally busy, the team operates like a well-oiled machine: tables are cleared and reset instantly, allowing new patrons to be seated without delay. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, highly efficient, and genuinely friendly. The food quality was outstanding; everything we ordered was delicious. A special note on the pancakes: they remained perfectly fluffy even after being taken home and eaten later in the day. Our only minor critique is the limited operating hours (closing at 2:00 PM), but otherwise, the experience was superb.
