My family and I love this place! The wings are always consistent and so good! I can’t even describe how great the blue cheese dressing is! If you haven’t had the combination of Rosie’s wings and blue cheese you are missing out!
Rosie and all the girls that work there are so kind and generous with their time even when it’s busy. The service is always great! I have never had a bad experience here, which is why we always come back, at least 4 times a month! Totally worth the drive to PC.

After reading how they have the best wings in town I had to try. So a couple of things right off the bat, they are cash-only and this is a bar that allows smoking inside.
This is a classic dive bar. I ordered 12 wings and a soda as I don’t drink. The bartender was also the cook, and my wings came out in about 15-20 minutes.
So, the wings weren’t bad. They certainly aren’t the best I’ve had in town and they were very small, but not bad. What was bad though was the $21 and change when I got my tab for 12 wings and a soda. Add to that the smoke (I can’t stand walking out of a bar smelling like smoke. I haven’t smoked in years) and I couldn’t give a very high review. If you smoke, like to drink, and want some wings while you do both, this is your place. It’s a future pass for me.

Love a little hole in the wall bar! Bartender was sweet and quick. Wings were crispy and hot. Wasn’t too crowded which is fine by me. Smokey…yes..but it’s a bar and usually that’s what you get when you enter an establishment that allows it. And for as small as it is. Will definitely be back!

We have been coming to Rosie’s for years, it’s a staple in our family! Rosie is amazing and knows exactly what we’re going to order the second we walk in. She is the best at making everyone feel welcome and feel like family. And you have to try the Bleu Cheese, even if you hate bleu cheese, I can promise you her recipe will knock your socks off!

If you want to smell like an ashtray and feel dirt after you leave then this is your place, wings are no where close to best in a 1 miles radius. No idea who the hell even said wings were best. Small, cooked in old oil and most generic wing sauce used. If your looking for that small time local feel sure go there but being in Panama 100 other better place to go.

The best wings I ever had. The first time I went the service, food was awesome had a few drinks really good time. 2nd time service was terrible, I ended up canceling my order and left. Never had a bar tender or anyone in food service ever speak to me the way that lady did. Very disrespectful!!!

First time coming here, Sara was great, funny and witty. Hot wings and fries were yummy. This place allows smoking inside, which I thought I might have a problem with (as an ex-smoker) but it was all good. Enjoyed the atmosphere of people playing pool, music playing and the bantering between the regulars… maybe we will be regulars soon.
