I absolutely love Rosie’s Cantina in Glenrock, Wyoming. The restaurant is truly amazing. Their pork verde is hands down the best I’ve ever had, and the cheeseburgers are easily among the best I’ve ever tasted. Honestly, everything she makes is delicious — I haven’t had a single dish I didn’t love.
My husband, my children, and I eat there often because it feels so warm and welcoming. It has that rare, homey atmosphere that makes you want to stay and relax. On top of the incredible food, the waitresses, and bartenders are all fantastic — friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind.
If you’re anywhere near Glenrock, Rosie’s Cantina is an absolute must-visit.

Rosie’s definitely makes my 5 star list. Just moved to town and ordered some takeout. Amazing customer service, especially for it being a phone order. Incredibly wholesome comfort food. Nailed my cravings for tonight. Salsa is super garlicy, in a good way. Maybe roast half the garlic for added depth? Either way it was delicious. Thanks Rosie’s! See you soon.

Took my son & DIL for dinner on a Wed night. We had Chile rellano, chimichanga, 3 dip appetizer, churros, sopas. All were excellent. I spent 40 years working in New Mexico and never tasted anything better. Only open on weeknight, but will be opening soon for lunch as well , definitely recommend!

This was my first time here, and it was absolutely delicious. I had the quesabirria dish. So so good! The margaritas were also very tasty. Great service, fast and friendly. Really cute space! I can’t wait to come during the summer and sit out on their patio.

We visited on a Friday night. The services was amazing. The queso! The chimichanga was delish. The food was great overall. The atmosphere was the most authentic I’ve seen in Wyoming. The owner? came to say hello. Everyone was so nice!

Wow. I don’t do a lot of 5 stars but this earned it! What a wonderful little cantina in a quiet small town, it really takes you by surprise! The food was fantastic! I had the California Burrito and it did not disappoint! It was so big I couldn’t finish it! The service is fantastic and the owners Amberly and Joe are so friendly, love they stick around and talk to the patrons, it really gives it that hometown feel! They have beautiful authentic Mexican decor inside that is vibrant and really brings it all together! It’s also located right next to the city center that has a playground and splash pad for the kids! Rosie’s is definitely the place I’d stop for a quick and fun family time in Glenrock!
