I showed up at 12:30pm on a Saturday and was told the chef was not there yet (they open at noon). I eventually came back and gave them a try. They have an extensive menu of sushi and essentials Thai dishes; some of the rolls and dishes have a fusion element to them. The chicken dim sum was pretty good, crispier than your average — I’d eat it again. The Thai fish cakes had a sausage patty consistency — flavors were decent, but I didn’t love texture. The Fish House Rainbow roll was decent — not super fresh flavors. I was surprised at how quiet this place was on a weekend. I imagine it’s much more crowded at night, especially since they have a full bar. I wouldn’t deter anybody from trying Rosewood, but 3.5/5 star experience for me.

5 stars all the way from cocktails, appetizers and entrees. The pear martini is slightly spiced, refreshing and not overly sweet. The process and the presentation of the smoked old fashion is intriguing. The avocado parfait was fresh and creamy topped with fresh dive scallops. The seafood stew has a generous amount of salmon, white fish, mussels, scallops and shrimps. The Chilean sea bass is perfectly cooked under a bed of creamy mushroom risotto. Everything is so fresh and delicious. I can’t wait to come back to try the rest of the menu and the sushi bar. Overall very much surprised and impressed by the diversity of the menu, presentation and the quality of the food and drinks at this restaurant!!

Rosewood is a gem! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive and the food and cocktails are delicious! The atmosphere is charming and offers a nice outdoor patio. This time I only tried items from the Thai side of the menu but I am looking forward to my next visit to try their sushi!

Oh My Gosh!!! What a delicious dinner. The atmosphere was nice. Our server, John was so pleasant, that I ordered desert at his urging, even though I was full! The meal started with an ahi tuni appetizer, which was perfectly seared. The presentation was great. Next came the Chilean sea bass, on top of creamy mushroom risotto. The sea bass practically melted in my mouth! And the risotto had plenty of large, tender mushrooms. Finally, came the Crème brûlée with its perfectly flamed crust. My spicy pineapple margherita was delicious! I can’t wait to take others here. Even the menu options were perfect. After all, this is a seafood restaurant and the only meals on the menu were seafood options. I WILL dine here again!

Such an amazing, relaxed spot with delicious food, perfectly curated drinks & top notch service. Highly recommend the Chilean sea bass.

Decor is also super sheik & modern. The restaurant wasn’t super crowded (although I was there pretty) or overpriced either. I’ll definitely be coming back to this spot!

If you haven’t tried this place, do so immediately! It’s that good! From the drinks (jellyfish and bourbon smash) to the appetizers (calamari and truffle fries) to the entrees (fish stew and chilean sea bass), everything was absolutely delicious! Service was very good not stellar. And the fresh oysters were just ok. Highly recommend. Will definitely go back.

First time trying this restaurant and new to the area. We ordered to go and I picked it up myself since we were right around the corner. I honestly have to say it was delicious. Everything was fresh and I should have ordered more of the spring rolls (not pictured), they were so good! Service was exceptional during pickup, everyone was super friendly. We will definitely be back!

Better than any seafood you can get downtown! Super fresh oyster sampler, great cocktails, the bisque is TERRIFIC (instead of getting an entree we opted for another bowl each of the bisque) after our apps. The grilled octopus was tender and had great sauces as did the crab cake. Ambiance is very intimate and the service was great.

Fantastic seafood restaurant.

Went for our first visit tonight (Early June, 2021) and cannot wait to come back.

Cocktails were phenomenal, and the food was incredibly good. We shared the Oyster appetizer, and had the Lobster Ravioli and Seared Halibut with lemon butter caper sauce. Both were excellent.

The Lobster Ravioli was the first Lobster Ravioli either of us have ever had where you could see actual chunks of lobster meat stuffed into the ravioli. It was a little like the filling from a lobster roll with more cheese stuffed into a ravioli. Nothing like other lobster ravioli where the filling was ground up “baby food” texture.

Halibut was fantastic, seared to perfection, and the Lemon Butter Caper sauce on top was insanely good. Cauliflower (the best I’ve ever had, which I know sounds wild but trust me) and Cous Cous with seared Asparagus rounded it out.

Go check it out!

This food is phenomenal. The sea bass is perfectly cooked and the bok choy, mushrooms, shrimp, and broth made from whiskey barrel aged soy are the perfect accompaniment. The halibut was delicious with the langostino cream sauce, lavender rice and wonderfully seasoned cauliflower. This is a must!
