What a wonderful road side surprise. The food was so delicious and fresh. Rose and her staff were so inviting and friendly. We ordered the spring bowls with poached shrimp, tofu and shiitake mushrooms. It was soooooo good! we at the bowls so fast I didn’t have a time to snap

Rose’s was super fresh and tasty, but it is a bit pricey!
I got 2 pork belly spring rolls and 1 chicken spring roll – both were super tasty and flavorful (charred meat!), super fresh, and came with delicious sauces. They were neatly wrapped so they were super easy to share and eat.
They are located right off of Route 1 heading towards the Kittery Outlets in a parking lot shared with another food truck, so it was super convenient and easy to take my dog with me!
My only complain was the price – it was a bit more than I initially thought it was going to be. 3 spring rolls were $9. But, this is the best place in the area to get rolls like these, so I will definitely plan to come back and try something else!

Most amazing Vietnamese food we’ve ever had. These rolls were delicious and the Spring Bowl and Mango Salad are now our usuals. Light, refreshing, and delicious.
First ate at Rose’s when she was temporarily parked at Grateful Gardens in York. So good we bought her and a staff blueberry muffins from the farm stand as a thank you. We now drive down to her normal location in Kittery at least once every weekend, twice this weekend…
And we head she does soups like Ga in the fall. Can’t wait to try those as well.

I want to begin with saying I personally am not one to leave reviews. To be honest, at first glance I only saw 11 reviews so I was kind of skeptical at first BUT LET ME TELL YOU THESE ROLLS WERE DELICIOUS! ME AND MY FRIENDS KILLED THIS ROLLS. Rose and her mom are the cutest (or maybe it’s Rose and her daughter). These rolls are made with love and you can taste it. I am from SoCal which is the second greatest concentration of Vietnamese speaking individuals in the world aside from Vietnam so I have had my fair share of spring rolls and living in the east coast one thing I miss is good Vietnamese food. I wish I could have these rolls all the time.

Rose’s Spring Rolls is my absolute favorite place to eat! The food is always incredibly fresh and flavorful! It fuels me for whatever I’m about to get into or helps me recover from a long workout. There isn’t an item on the menu I haven’t tried and I love them all! My favorites are the Mango salad and the microgreen bowl. Everything on the menu is gluten free and celiac safe (fried shallots being only exception). I have been eating the food made by Rose, her mother and son for a couple of years and it’s always exceptional service and food

Simply incredible food, so fresh and flavorful and high quality! Plus, a delightful group of the sweetest ladies. They inspired me to cook more Vietnamese at home. But, nothing compares to that Vietnamese coffee. This was the best part of my day! Thanks, Rose! Keep doing what you are doing. We will be back.. with friends.

I’ve been to Roses three times at the Kittery Outlets and they’ve impressed every time. The spring bowl is a great balance of flavors and healthy ingredients. Also, based on their recommendation, I tried the mung bean dessert, which is a tapioca-like pudding with orange zest and whipped cream.
