This place is a hit or miss. I’ve only ever had a hit once. The other two times I’ve been here, the boba has been undercooked. However, once the boba was really well cooked and because of that experience, I came back. Pleaseeeee cook your boba longer. I don’t want my teeth to fall out

I absolutely love Rose Tea House! It’s the perfect spot whether I’m hanging out with friends or getting some work done. The vibe is super chill, and the space strikes that rare balance of being clean and cozy at the same time. I’m so happy to have this gem so close to home. The coffee is excellent, and they also have boba and tasty snacks—seriously, this place has it all!

The place is really cute and seems spacious for studying but the teas taste so watered down and I tried like 3 different drinks there, I’m not really sure if I would buy the milk teas again

We found our new go-to bubble tea spot. We visited for the first time several days ago and have been back almost daily. The Rose Milk Tea is my favorite. It is smooth and the boba is soft, very chewy, and fresh. My wife has had a coffee from here and she said it was strong yet smooth. The ambiance is perfect for a family, especially with a young child, for the furniture is child friendly. There is also an intimate outside seating (which I’m hoping to enjoy when my wife and I go for desert after a date night). There are many great bubble tea spots in the area, but this one has far surpassed them.

An excellent location with plenty of space, some sweet treats, good tea, smoothies, and coffee. Plus they have a few games 🙂
P.S. The restrooms are clean and lovely!

Rose Tea House is the place to be if you are looking for a place in Pearland to relax and sip on some good quality coffee and tea. As a nursing student, this is one of my top study spots in the area. The interior is so nice, it’s always clean, and the vibe is always so cozy; I love it. The couches are so comfy too, I could almost sleep on them.
Anyway, to anyone looking for a place to hang out or study, Rose Tea House is the place for you!

Boba balls are super hard :/ they are sweet but very hard and stiff. I think they should leave them in warm heaters to maintain the squishy textures because they tastes good and sweet but it was hard as a rock. Matcha was pretty solid! I also had the rose milk tea and preferred the matcha. My only complaint is as a boba place, you really need to make good tapioca pearls. My boyfriend got a caramel macchiato and it was pretty solid! Since the boba was not good, I knocked one star out. Definitely should try their pastries!
