Rosé Restaurant & Lounge is an absolute GEM! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, and the food? PURE PERFECTION.
The Rosé Bowl was everything I didn’t know I needed—fluffy, authentic potatoes topped with juicy, fresh chicken breast, perfectly crunchy with corn gravy and chives. Every bite was comfort food at its finest. I paired it with their hot sweet chili wings, which were cooked to absolute perfection. Dipping them in the fresh blue cheese? Chef’s kiss! The flavors balanced so beautifully, I almost shed a tear.
Then came the strawberry crunch cheesecake—I could write poetry about this dessert. Creamy, rich, and full of that nostalgic crunch, it was a 10/10.
And just when I thought it couldn’t get better, the steak tip bites with mashed potatoes and garlic broccoli had me questioning all my past dining decisions. The steak was tender, flavorful, and paired beautifully with those velvety potatoes. The southwest eggrolls were another highlight, crispy on the outside with a refreshing sauce that tied it all together.
But let’s talk about the real star—the Cajun chicken Alfredo. I took one bite and had to close my eyes. This dish was straight-up orgasmic. Creamy, spicy, flavorful—just an explosion of deliciousness.

Entrance was $20.00 Well I didn’t get to try the food, I went for New Year’s Eve. I was trying to get information on VIP service and most of the girls were a little lost, so not sure if they were already booked up or what. Also the food didn’t get a chance to try because most people were already scheduled to order like the VIP and I saw a few door dash people waiting. As far as the liquor. Eh. I requested a sex on the beach and I was given a sunrise yeah not really sure the bartender knew how to make it or didn’t have the proper stuff for it. Drink over priced and I didn’t really like it. Music was good, vibe was okay. Security was cool. Definitely noticed it’s a spot for the early 20s crowd.

Ordered yesterday via Door Dash and was surprisingly disappointed based on similar reviews on Google and Door Dash. Ordered Steak and Cheese Egg Rolls and Buffalo Chicken Alfredo. Egg Rolls were overall not tasty. 2/10. They were over fried and almost burnt. They were greasy from the texture of the steak and didn’t have much flavor. There was also little and dare I say no cheese at all. The dipping sauce was like a ketchup jelly and it was delicious 8/10.
Biggest disappointment however was the buffalo chicken pasta. The spaghetti was overcooked – which I’m not accustomed to but I can get over. The Alfredo sauce however was soup consistency not like a sauce and had no flavor, e.g. garlic or Parmesan, it just tasted oily – not even buttery, and lastly there was zero spice to the buffalo chicken. 5/10
It was packed well, the Door Dasher didn’t use a bag – obvious by the food temperature when it arrived. This does affect food integrity so I give it 2 stars versus 1. The meal came with utensils, and napkins which was appreciated.
Probably will not try again.

Rose’ is the new place in Springfield. Food is exceptional. Presentation is appetizing and ooh so Very tasty. Staff greeted us as we walked in. Waitress made sure our experience was a good one. We love this new place. It’s my new go to. Try the salmon bites. You’ll definitely be back for more.

Paid for a 9 P.M show. Club didnt even open til 10. Performer didn’t show up til 1:30 and it was closed by 1:40 because of fights. The only good things about this night was the hostess Drea. She deserves a raise.
