First off the service is fantastic. Secondly the food is on point.
There is no buffet, but the food is so worth it any way!
I always get the Sweet and Sour Chicken. Sometimes I will get the Vegetarian Fried Rice without onions(I am allergic). This is the only Chinese restaurant I have been to in Florida that has been able to fulfill my non onion request!
The portions of the chicken are just right for me, not too much and not too small. I am very particular about eating chicken in general and this chicken is the best I have had anywhere, other than at my house.
I have been coming to this establishment off and on for about 5 years and I have never once been disappointed.
Laura has always been professional and kind.
Trust me, try the food.
You won’t be disappointed.

It is a nice place to stop while traveling, and you can dine in or take out. The lady serving was very kind and even brought us fortune cookies before we left. The food is definitely fairly priced at around 11-12 dollars per meal while maintaining a great quality. I recommend stopping by here if you are looking for a casual and cozy restaurant to get some delicious food.

The chicken wings are excellent! I don’t know what they marinate them in but they have a great flavor. Their wonton soup also was excellent. We had a teriyaki chicken dinner and the chicken was great. The fried rice was a bit bland, but still good. Chicken chow mein was just like what I would get in NY. The onions and cabbage were soft and the chicken was what it should be in chow mein. Added some soy sauce to give it just a bit more flavor. Overall 5/5!!

The service is very friendly. The meals were delivered appropriately which makes me so happy…. First my hot soup, then my crunchy delicious wontons and egg rolls and last my hot meal. My family loves pork lo mein. I enjoy it too but usually pick out the pork. Not here!!! It was so tender and flavorful… I highly recommend them.

This is by far one of the best Chinese takeout places I have ever eaten. Alachua is blessed with such good quality food and service, and this place delivers. The food is not greasy, and the portions are generous. The price is fair, and the family that runs this place are fantastic people. After eating here, I can’t help but feel full but clean. No blood pressure spikes. I can only think that anyone who rates this place less than 5 stars are masochistic and Rose Garden did not deliver the grease and salt they craved?
