Rose Creek is also doing BBQ now that the smoker has been approved. They are doing Texas-style sliced brisket that you can’t get anywhere around here. The pork belly melts in your mouth, pulled pork is perfectly done, and the ribs are unbeatable. I had the BBQ Platter which came with 4 ribs and 1/4 lb each of brisket, pork belly, and pulled pork as well all the side dishes on the menu for $38. It could have easily been split for two and was a solid sampling of everything. You can also just get meat by the pound if you prefer. Definitely worth the drive. I also had a key lime pie; the pies are all hand-made. I even ordered a pizza to take home which was fantastic too.

This little place is located inside a very small casino, Carson Plains in Dayton NV.
New York style pizza at its best!
Very interesting and creative menu which Includes pizza, a couple of salads, a pasta dish and cheese bread.
The cooks, maybe I should say chef’s have it down. Years of training, specific training in pizza from a top chef, and creativity that produces top notch flavor profiles!
The crust is light and crispy, topped with homemade sauce, fresh mozzarella, and toppings galore. The Hawaiian is like nothing you’ve had before, and the Tutti was just great!
Portuguese sausage … So delicious! Peppadew chilies, new to me and what flavor!
I’ve had honey served with my pizza before (to dip the crust in), but wow! Mike’s Hot Honey is amazing on pizza!!!
Overall, this is my new favorite pizzeria!!!

Great food for the price! So far pizza is all the have on the menu to start off but honestly it tastes pretty great. The flavor is fresh and the cooke time isn’t too long. It’s nice to have a good place to grab a bit out here in the desert (:

These guys are amazing. Paige and Matt have developed some chef-level recipes. Far and away best pizza et al in the area. They should be in the big city catering to the rich and famous! I’m so glad they’re not! 🙂
