Rose 32 is a hidden gem – over the river & through the woods is this lovely cafe with decadent pastries and savory sandwiches and flavorful soups. Gail is most helpful and welcoming!
The bread of course is delicious -especially the rosemary potato bread. The turkey Cobb is amazing & so are all the exotic sweets & pastries. Definitely must stop here ! Nice cozy patio seating for warmer weather.

2.28.26 our 1st time and oh my. Love. Love. I had the cappuccino, turkey sandwich, stickybun, raspberry Danish, cranberry bread, rustic bread. All fresh. All delicious. The lines of people move fast. Indoor had several seats. They also serve sandwiches and soups too besides the baked items.

The only reason I don’t give a 5 star rating is because no matter what it is you’re doing, there is ALWAYS room for improvement. I don’t think there is much room to improve, but if any place can find what could improve, “Rose 32 Bread” has got to be that place! Excellent food, great service. The dining area is a bit small, but you work with what you have! I recommend this to all and any who appreciate a good, scratch that, great bread! Their sandwiches are great too. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Went here for lunch today with some friends. It was wonderful. Two of us ordered the quiche and another ordered their ham scramble. We all loved our food. Their pastry case is enough to make you swoon. I got a couple each of chocolate and almond croissants and they were scrumptious.

Wonderfully delicious eats. Fresh and homemade! Make sure to check the hours when you are thinking of going, they are limited. Also limited is parking and seating. Service is fairly quick and you can’t beat the quality, reasonable prices too.

Food is fantastic, a little bit pricey but worth it since it’s the only good bakery even remotely in the area. Lots of variety, definitely get there EARLY (even earlier than you think) if you want your choice though. My one -small- complaint is I do wish it were a little bigger to accommodate more seating. I’d love to spend more time enjoying the atmosphere and the food, but since it’s so busy with limited seating i feel guilty taking more than a few mins at a table since there are people waiting. But other than that it’s fantastic.

My first time trying the restaurant (I’ve had the bread before). Very good sandwich at a very reasonable price. Good quality ingredients. Nice little cafe spot. Amazing looking baked items in the display cases. Don’t hesitate to stop when in the mood for sandwiches, coffee, tea, cold drinks, and/or desert items.

I tend to usually get the green onion and cheddar biscuit breakfast sandwich and it’s amazing. That biscuit is always delicious and moist and just contributed so well to the sandwich. Have had a number of pastries and they never disappoint. They don’t have cold brew but their iced coffee is still really good. If I find myself ANYWHERE near Hardwick between Thursday and Saturday, I swing in. Small place with large tables that can fit as many as possible. Busy but cozy. People behind the counter are very friendly.

We stopped in Hardwick to buy eggs from Paul, while looking for an area to relocate to. We got to chatting about the area. He had just picked up his lunch from Rose 32, and highly recommended it to us. I am glad he did! The hot Italian sandwich was absolutely the best I’ve ever had. The bread was sumptuous as were the meats and arugula within. Honestly, we agreed that we would drive out from north of Boston, just for lunch. 5 stars is not high enough!

Loved their communal table seating, incredible breakfast sandwich and their maple/rosemary/sea salt latte. We took so much bread/pastries to go and will certainly be back!
The parking lot was packed so we had to wait for someone to come out to park, but it was worth the wait.
