Some of the best fried chicken wings that i have ever had. They were nice size, fried hard, and seasoned well. The waffle was very tasty with a hint of cinnamon and vanilla flavor, but was not crispy like I like them and was served with enough soft butter and warm syrup. The mashed potatoes and gravy was very good and homemade. Unfortunately the potato salad for me is a hard “no”. Definitely recommended this place. Btw met a really cool former Miami Hurricane and Denver Bronco linebacker, D.J. Williams. He was a very cool and down to earth brother. ✌

From our travels we’ve been to alot of”World Famous ” places and they don’t live up to the hype. Sometimes it’s just the complete opposite. Roscoe’s food did not disappoint. We were greeted outside upon walking into the restaurant. The menu was straight forward. Of course we got the chicken and waffles. The waffles were soft and moist. The chicken was well seasoned and crispy. They even offered chicken sausage for non-pork eaters. The staff was very friendly. Upon leaving we purchased some of their signature hot sauces.

Food was fair. I thought the side items were too pricey, and you couldn’t substitute. My chicken still had hair/feathers but the waffle was surprisingly delicious.

For the last almost 2 years I refused to go here because my last 2 experiences were horrible. Cold food, rude waitstaff dismal atmosphere. I gave them another chance last Saturday. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was great! Hot, tasty and served quickly.our waitress Pam was so nice. She was very efficient and just a pleasure to deal with. The atmosphere could use some work but overall I was glad I gave them another chance.

Everything was so good! Me and my baby went for a early breakfast and there was no wait. The orange juice was AMAZING MY BABY LOVED THE BISCUIT AND GRAVY. I enjoyed my waffles and the wings I just wish they would have been a bit crispy on the outside. But thats just a personal preference. Everything was delicious the wings were crisp to perfection and the fluffy waffles with syrup were spot on! Our server was sweet and very attentive. We will definitely be back!

I now know what all the hype is about Roscoe’s. Somebody in that kitchen has some southern roots because the way those wings were cooked to perfection, I just know. The server was a little slow coming to take our order but once he did come, the food came shortly after. It also took a little minute to get a refill on our drinks, but again he appeared to be the only server and it was only about 4 small (2-4 ppl) groups. This did not put a damper on my chances of returning because I will definitely go back to this location the next time I come to L.A.

The food was amazing, I ordered the country boy. The fried glorious chicken was so tender and juicy that I ended up finishing all my chicken before I got a photo (be warned the food is so good you might eat it all on accident) this is a must try if you are in the area! I got a sunrise to drink and when it came out I looked out the window to make sure the sun hadn’t just risen in my cup, The lemonade and orange juice combo was delicious!

Never again. I have never given a bad review. I believe everyone deserves a chance, but Roscoe’s has been around long enough where they need to be held accountable for bad service and bad food, just bad. The chicken was not fried completely through; it was still raw. The cornbread was hard as a brick. The greens looked like they were two weeks old. The waffle was dry and nasty with no taste. I spent $47.95 for one person to eat and to be very disappointed. I pray I don’t get sick. I came down to LA to fly out to go to Hawaii for my birthday, and this is crazy. I’ll call, and they don’t pick up the phones.
