I had such a bizarre experience here the night of 12/18/25. I know that this isn’t usually the case, but the vibes from the bartender/server were so off for me and others at the bar. I took my seat at the bar ready to order food but I didn’t get approached until 20 minutes after the fact. I ordered a Roscoe’s burger, side salad instead of fries, medium rare for here. What was supposed to be a subtotal of $18 turned out to be $26, but I paid without thinking too much so that’s my fault. After I realized the huge jump I asked why I was charged so much – apparently it’s an extra charge if you want to sub the fries for a salad. Which was really funny because the week before that wasn’t the case. I looked in disbelief at the server who THEN offered a free shot for compensation. I didn’t want to drink any alcohol that night so I declined. Why couldn’t the order just be corrected instead? Soon enough the food comes out and it’s all in a to-go bag. I stated it was supposed to be for here, but the server just shrugged their shoulders and walked off without a word. I sat there and took out all my items and ate there anyway. Unfortunately the burger was really dry that night, when usually it’s enjoyable. And for some reason instead of just a side salad, the fries still came with the order? I was really confused. I noticed other customers coming in to sit at the bar also had trouble getting the attention of this server. The girls to my left and right asked if the food was good and I told them “honestly it’s not that great tonight, but also the vibes are completely off tonight with this bartender”. Staff doesn’t seem to be communicating with one another very well nor with their customers. It was such an off-putting scenario. As a semi-regular this was just really disappointing. The first couple of months of Roscoe’s opening was fantastic – the food was delicious and the staff was real friendly. Right now it’s unrecognizable. Would love to support queer-owned businesses but not when the food is crap and the staff make you feel so unwelcomed.

Cool spot for burger lovers and nacho enthusiasts! The burgers are juicy and flavorful, with fresh ingredients and generous toppings. The nachos are crispy, cheesy, and perfect for sharing. Friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere make it a great place for a casual bite. Id recommend for a satisfying meal!

Drag brunch was fabulous, good food and my drink was poured perfectly. Not a fan of having to wait outside in line for 15 minutes after the res time, and there were tables seated after us that were getting refills on their mimosas before we were even asked about drinks.

Overall love the place tho, the Queens talked to people, looked gorgeous, and the staff was all into the energy.

I had a great time here yesterday. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks and breakfast. The bartender was wonderful and accommodating to my dietary needs and requests. I couldn’t ask for better.

The atmosphere was a total vibe. My friend and I enjoyed the music videos played. We missed the drag brunch but the gorgeous queens came downstairs afterward and were interacting with guests. 5 stars.

My new fav bar/ restaurant! I went on karaoke night and it was a blast. Such fun vibes! The atmosphere was cool mixed with retro and y2k. The service was great and the food was delicious. Everybody did their thang with karaoke too. I can’t wait to come back <3

We were so excited for their Cabaret Drag Show on Second Saturdays. We visited from out of the area for this event and purchased our tickets several weeks prior.

It was a *HORRIBLE* experience. Save your money and time!

Where to begin?

For the show, they do not allow you upstairs until 630p on the dot. That’s fine, we went outside to wait bc there was nowhere to sit or stand inside…we came back at 630p. Announcement stating staff would come back at 645p, as there was a delay. Okay, fine – so we decided to grab a drink to wait. My boyfriend was quickly served by the female bartender with dark hair wearing cat eye glasses, but when I came to order mine, she wouldn’t even acknowledge my presence at the counter. I waited for 5+ minutes at the counter while she continued to serve everyone else at the bar and blatantly ignored me. I honestly couldn’t tell you if it was because of my gender, my race or what – she would NOT acknowledge me. There was nobody standing in front of me, I was standing AT the bar itself. Can I get some eye contact at least and a, “one minute?” Apparently not here. I walked away because I was never served or acknowledged by that lady.

Then, we finally get upstairs. Assigned seating. Our table was up a ramp off the side of the performing area. ***I did not see ONE performer from my seat until they would walk up the ramp, in order to walk by our tables to pick up their tips.*** i repeat, I didn’t see a show or a performance at all.

They honestly shouldn’t even offer seats in that area unless they’re for the single row that sits along the banister – and the fact that they SELL them is just bad business for the simple fact that we cannot see. It’s falsely advertised obviously and why should someone pay for a show that they cannot even see from their table?

Our food took OVER an hour to come out from when we initially ordered with our server (mine was a plant based burger so it’s not like we ordered some fancy meal.) My boyfriend ordered a pulled pork sandwich… pulled pork is prepared hours before. Why it took over an hour is mind blowing. We had the Mac and cheese to share. The food was just, OK. I’d recommend eating an early dinner or late dinner elsewhere, if you don’t take my word for the bad show/experience and still decide come here.

Drinks also took forever and a day to come out because we rarely saw our server. We would order refills and sometimes get them and sometimes not get them. I’d recommend coming already buzzed and bring your own full water bottle, if you don’t take my word for the bad show/experience and still decide to come here.

Everyone in this area (including my boyfriend and I) were their own bussers too. We each cleared our own dirty plates and glasses into the cart with the dish buckets bc our server was always missing in action. Whenever we would get a new drink, they would give us the new beverage and never take the old beverages off the table back with them. It was all so very weird.

The show was 2 hours and there were patrons STILL waiting for their meals that they had ordered at the beginning of the show. I repeat, the show was over, people were exiting, 2 hours had passed since they ordered their food and they were STILL waiting to be served.

I had to go run down a random bartender to help clean up water that had spilt on our table due to our table not being level and was unstable. When he finally came he asked, “is this it?” Our table was completely sopping wet with saturated napkins and empty glasses… Here it the kicker, he didn’t even finish drying the table completely and left the saturated napkins and empty glasses on the table and walked away!! He honestly looked like he was on drugs, his pupils were the size of discs – blue eyed boy, short brownish hair with facial hair.

Start to finish, it was an awful experience and I do not recommend this establishment or show. HORRENDOUS service and a HORRIFIC experience! Wish I could’ve given 5 stars like I had initially planned. Would not recommend.

I moved away for a bit and came here for the first time with another friend visiting home. Love the new (to me) vibes. Karaoke was going on, the crowed was engaged.
I was nervous at first because I felt like we were being kind ignored by the bartender. It may have been the side we were on was not where he got the most service, but we were seated at the bar itself and ordering food and drinks.
The first food dish was wings and they came out cold, and what my girls said was “the blood is too bright, its not cooked enough either.”
The bartender never came back, so we informed the food runner who brought our next item. The bartender checked in after that and went to the other side of the bar again.
The rest of the food was great.
Brussels and macs were delightful.
Later we were trying to take photos and this guy came over inebriated and tried to “help” then started to kinda harass us a bit, but it was the momment the man took my friends face under his finger and moved her face to look at him, did the bartender, 2 security guards and a random wallflower near us decided this dude was OUT! It happened so fast. The way we were PROTECTED . The bartender immediately jumped out of the wood works and even checked with my friend on if she was okay. Even just a finger on her, this bartender was disgusted. It was very sweet.
We were about to leave, so one of the wallflowers walked us out and across the street before he went to faces, to make sure the dude didnt follow us, since he was still outside with security too.
Over all a bad situation turned into SHOW UP momment. The community took care of us.
Good people here.

We were at Roscoe’s second floor for Sunday brunch Drag Queen show, $10 for admission. The show was sold out, and we had to line up outside in a long line. Once inside it took longer to get our drinks and food. It almost seems like they were short on staff. The show itself was great to watch. I won’t recommend brunch, we were unattended at times and they forgot things to bring to the table. I most definitely would try the food on the first floor. Oh, also bring earplugs if you seating inside in the high chairs, the ceiling is low and the speakers are blasting.

We came here for brunch (not the Drag brunch) on the weekend. The music and atmosphere were great, but the food and service kind of fell flat for us. The server wasn’t as attentive as we would’ve liked. We ordered some bottomless mimosas, which were good, but they only had the one flavor available. I got a burger, fries, and macaroni & cheese. My friend got breaded chicken strips, fries, and pulled pork macaroni & cheese. The food didn’t really have seasoning. The macaroni really lacked flavor. My friend wasn’t a fan of the super thin/flat chicken strips.

Would we come back? I don’t know. We might come back to try some of the breakfast items and other drinks.

Excellent! The service, the brunch and the show. All wonderful!!!
One recommendation would be to let folks in and seat them earlier to allow them to settle into the environment. Waiting in the fog and rain can put a damper on the whole experience.
