Trenton is not the cleanest town, but Rosario’s is well decorated and clean. The pizza is ok and they are always looking for new entrees to offer. It would be a Fantastic place to sit and drink wine and spend an evening with friends on the patio… I wish more people would go there just to hang out and watch the cars go by.

We have eaten there several times, and seems to be going down already.
We have had the pizza and very good. The meatballs are excellent. We liked the shrimp dish and lasagna, but all of those were in the first few weeks of opening.
Last week, my wife tried the Italian beef sandwich and was dry and lacking flavor. Had to order a side of marinara to get it down. The chicken parm was great and had plenty of cheesy goodness, just wish some of that cheese was on my wife’s sandwich. I will say that I loved the chicken parm but my wife eat most of it, the pasta sauce is excellent but she says the chicken was industrial pre made patties.
I will also add that the salad was not up to par and the bread was limited to the entry and not offered with the salad. It used to be offered with the salad. Thats a deal breaker for my wife.

This place sold my parents a pizza with a completely burned bottom which they didn’t notice until they got home and bit into it. Then when my mom called up there to tell them their pizza was completely burned and inedible, the woman who answered the phone hung up on her. This place obviously doesn’t care about good customer service and I will not be going there ever and will be advising other not to as well. And I do have photos of the pizza showing that is is burned.

Ate here several times as well as ordering pizza to go. The first burned bottom we thought was an accident. The second burned bottom on pizza was an indication they either need to clean oven or learn how to use it properly. We no longer buy pizza at this restaurant.

Not what I would expect from a good Italian Restaurant.
Four of us went to this Italian Restaurant, wanting to find good Italian food rather than the production Olive Garden stuff. We got there and were greeted well and seated promptly. We were the first of two parties here for dinner, the other consisted of 3 people. The waitress came pretty quickly (about 5 mins). Took drink orders and brought the drinks promptly, took our dinner orders at that point. Having been in the food service industry for the past 30 or so years I have reasonable standards realizing there are always challenges. With that being said, the salad’s came to us after about 18 minutes, just a bit long but was a very, good, fresh salad. Appetizer came with the salad and was very good, that being garlic bread with cheese. Main course followed in fair time. The main was a true testimony to what is not fresh, Chicken Marlene: was nothing more than a production round coated chicken paddy, it was all white meat but tough around the edges, pasta being totally smothered with cheese and alfredo sauce was overcooked to soggy rather than Al Dente. One of the other entrée’s: Baked Lasagna, the menu states “layers” of pasta stacked with cheese, this is a gross mis-statement in that this dish was two (2) layers of pasta with cheese in the middle, smothered with enough gravy (sauce) that one has to dig through to get to the small amount of actual Lasagna, while I did not taste this dish I would have guessed by its appearance, the chef had no idea what a true Italian style lasagna is supposed to be. Linguini with clam sauce: for the price well under portioned, by the appearance was simply a can of clam sauce over a quarter pound of pasta. And that’s ok, if that’s what you want to pay $9.99 for it.

Billed as an “Italian restaurant” but I was very disappointed to find only pizza and sandwiches on the menu. Hardly an Italian “restaurant”. Not really impressed and won’t be back.
