The Chicago style dish pizza we’re excited to get wasn’t all that. The crust tasted like a cracker and the topping of Italian sausage we could hardly find on the pizza. It was hidden in the sauce which was okay. There was only two tables there when We got there. The server was very friendly but very slow we waited for everything for pretty long time. A very long time. She was very nice sweet no complaints on attitude Just the waiting was very very long. Not that many tables to be busy about. The harvest salad was delicious with the dressing I think it was a apple cider dressing very delicious. That probably was a highlight. Was that dressing. Was recommended it by the server and it was good. The Chicago style dog was okay.

Our waitress was extremely busy and she rocked it! Great job with our group of over 15. My deep dish pizza was so good!

Been there several times. The Chicago Deep Dish Pizza is excellent, but pricey. Very filling, enough to feed the whole family. Wings are good. Usually have good service. Italian Sandwich is very tasty. Just realized that they charge a service fee for using a credit card and also they have stopped excepting the Synergy Gift Card. Because of those two things I may never go back again. I will find another family owned restaurant to give my hard earned money to. Really don’t appreciate being charged for using my credit card

Rosati’s in San Diego is one of those rare places that reminds you why neighborhood restaurants still matter. This isn’t just about great pizza — it’s about tradition, consistency, and a level of hospitality you almost never see anymore.
The food is outstanding across the board. The pizza has that true Chicago character — rich sauce, balanced seasoning, perfect crust — but what really stands out is how everything tastes intentional and authentic, not just assembled. Whether you sit down to eat or take it home, it somehow feels the same: hot, fresh, and made with pride.
But honestly, what makes this place special is the atmosphere Sam, the owner, has created. He runs the restaurant like you’re a guest in his home. You’re welcomed the moment you walk in, remembered when you come back, and treated with a level of professionalism and warmth that goes beyond service — it’s genuine hospitality. You can tell the staff enjoys being there, and that feeling carries through to every customer.
In a world of rushed takeout and impersonal chains, Rosati’s delivers something rare: incredible traditional food paired with an environment that feels personal and welcoming every single time.
This is not just a pizza stop — it’s a place you keep coming back to.

Average. Don’t bother with the wings or Chicago dog. The deep dish pizza tasted fine (not great) in-house but $3 per topping is too much because of course you’re not just gonna order sauce and cheese. Friendly staff. Lots of specials as each day of the week has food or drink deals. I’ll give it one more shot to try the regular pizza and pasta.

Came from the High dessert to visit family and wanted to watch the football game in a family pizza place. Found this spot and it was very cool. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and the food comes out hot. Pizza is really good. Recommend it and will be back.

A true gem of a restaurant. I haven’t had deep dish pizza in a long time, and I’m happy to have stumbled across this place. Because I forgot what I was missing.

I came here to grab a pizza, drinks, appetizers and watch the sports games. They had all the games going. Which is pretty cool. The appetizers were on point. I got onion rings, jalapeno poppers, and mozzarella sticks. The pizza I got a 12-in pepperoni pizza for two people. All of that together was all pretty good. The beers we got were really cold. We got a few different mixed drinks to try out. They were pretty good too. The service was good. There were a few different people that came to check on us to make sure that we were okay. I will be coming back again. Thank you very much.

I’ve been on the hunt for a good Chicago Dog served with the proper style of fries so I could stop driving to Moreno Valley to go to Portillo’s. I am very happy to report that my hunt is over. Rosati’s gets everything right on their Chicago Dog. They don’t split the ends, they don’t use a toasted baguette instead of soft poppy seed bun, they have the right amount of celery salt, and the perfect flavor and shade Kryptonite Green relish! I am shocked that I drove by the place to get to Kaiser and never knew I was passing the door to Chicago Dog heaven. I will be a regular at this place when I can have a cheat meal. They also have great Root Beer and Cream pop if that’s your vibe.
