The manager here is superb! He was kind and understanding when I placed an order for this location and should have been a closer one to me. He assisted me with happiness, joy and laughter which is so rare these days. I hope someone was able to have that pineapple and pepperoni! Thanks again! Fresh pizza by the slice or full pizza… pizza was just put up in the window. It was still morning, but it looked good n hot. This location is easy to find. Minimal parking but worth the stop. The gentlemen behind the counter was great. We talked a few minutes. Genuine guy. He thru in a can of soda too. I bought the first 2 pieces of the day. Thank you again. My first time ever trying Rosati’s… HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We’ve ordered from this location many times but the last time we got a salad and wings that were not fresh. The salad was all wilted and the wings were dried out. I called them and sent photos but was basically told too bad. No refund no nothing. Will not order from there again.

This place is gross and the service is terrible. My order was an hour late, arrived cold and inedible. When I called the restaurant asking for a refund, the representative told me to dispute it with my credit card and hung up the phone. I will. Do not order from these people. The food is gross and the staff are terrible.

This local chain can be found in a corner strip mall, but at a 4.5 on Google Reviews I decided to try it. Thin crust pizza was decent, and extra cheese does mean extra, which I loved. Yet, the pizza was cut into classic Chicago squares, even when I requested slices. The real problem comes in when you prder what Rosanti’s calls “Jumbo” Wings. The wings are so tiny, thin, and meatless that we actually laughed out loud when we considered they’re listed on the menu and sold as JUMBO, worst yet this 6 piece of buffalo minis will cost you a whopping $10.95 -WT!?!?

Have ordered from other Rosati’s locations and have loved the food. Ordered from here and was disappointed. The wings were dry, looked disgusting, and barely had any sauce. Not even close to be worth the $20 price tag for 12 wings, especially not being “jumbo” like advertised. Will not go back to this location.

I haven’t had Rosati’s in a very long time because they fell off. I figured I’d try this location because it’s by my house and my friend and I wanted to try it.
I ordered one slice of sausage, 1 order cheesy breadsticks, and 2 orders of canoli.
They forgot my slice so and decided to wait for it to be cooked. They also forgot my marinera sauce and the slice looked so bad. The breadsticks look nothing like the ones pictured on the website. They looked pre-cooked. I won’t go to rosatis again, especially this location.
