The pizzas were delicious and hot when picked up. Nice size for the money also. I received a 2 or 3 liter of pop with my order!
The worker that took the order over the phone was pleasant and took time to help me get my order straight.
I was greeted by name when i entered the store to my surprise!

Great experience every time I stop at this Rosati’s. The pizza is always delicious and made with care—the crust, sauce, and toppings are consistently on point. What really stands out, though, is the crew. They’re friendly, quick, and really seem to care about their customers.
Whether I’m picking up or ordering for delivery, everything is smooth and well-organized. You can tell the team works hard and takes pride in what they do.

May be the worst pizza I’ve ever had at this location. The franchise Rosati’s are infinitely better than these corporate stores (and that’s saying a lot, since there’s definitely better pizza than Rosati’s in Chicago). Service is terrible, they will get your order wrong, will tell you they are bringing a driver out to correct it, and then won’t send anyone. Their menu online doesn’t match their system, and they are just plain rude on the phone. Take your $40 somewhere else and get a real pizza.

I have never ordered from this Rosati’s. I was quite surprised to see such large pieces. I had to cut all my pizzas again to make them smaller. Delivery was on time and the pizzas were delish, but next time I’ll mention that I would like smaller pieces.

Big mistake asking me to give you guys a review after my poor experience yesterday – Homer Glen, Lemont, and Lockport friends : do NOT go to this corporate-ified BS Rosati’s. I should have known there was something wrong when I called this place on accident instead of Rosati’s in Lemont (a waaaaaaay better pizza joint in both service, prices, and most importantly quality of food)- Rosati’s Homer Glen had abysmal service and poor attitude taking my order yesterday morning; gave me the wrong pizza because their website calls it something different than other Rosati’s, did not give me my free dough nuggets for signing up for rewards , etc. Zero customer service in terms of helping me figure out what I was asking for based on their shitty corporate website experience. Yes I’ll admit there was a mix up here on my end but the lack of service and then the fact that the food tasted bad – no sauce to be found on the pizzas at this Rosati’s!- makes it so clear which is the better business in the area. Don’t go here!

We’ve ordered a few times from this location and have had issues each time. Our most recent order was missing a couple items, the wings were cold with little sauce, and delivery came late, about 1.5 hours after the quoted delivery time. Trying to call the store, they answer and put you on hold before you can say a word and you wait close to 20 min. Little to no apology or answer about the order delay other than wait and we will bring it to you. Very disappointed.

It seems the employees here want to intentionally run the business to the ground or the owner doesn’t like money cause I’ve now walked in 8 different times during the week at lunch hours (12:000m to 1:300m) and they don’t have any slices to sell, their answer is always “15 minutes” no cheese, no sausage, no pep. I walk in with money and they look at you like you are asking for free pizza. Most people eople only get 30 minutes for lunch, I can’t sit and wait 15 minutes for a slice. Also forget a sugar free option on sodas, it seems they don’t know what that is. And only makes me upset cause the other today is I go to in Naperville never has such issues.

We catered in dinner last night for our corporate event and it was mid at best. Breadsticks and garlic bread slices were cool to the touch, salad was warm, and the pizzas were only semi warm. Overall, not a good experience for a 40+ person event.
