Delicious! Got a slice straight out of the oven luckily! The classic pepperoni is so yummy. Stringey, savoury cheese, a thick, fresh crust and great pepperoni slices! The toppings are also generous, no disappointment in the amount of pepperonis on my slice! The woman who served me was very nice. This was my last dinner in Chicago and I wasn’t disappointed at all! The inside is ambient and clean. Wish I had a chance to try the pastas, but I couldn’t leave Chicago without trying some pizza!

Customer service fail, skimpy ingredients, did not get extra paid for…

Have memories of delicious Rosati’s thin crust, but was in the mood for deep dish. Rosati’s was close walk to hotel, so thought we’d give their deep dish a try. Ordered online paying for onion, green pepper and extra sausage. Walked over choosing to eat inside. Arrived 5 minutes earlier than scheduled time and pizza was already ready. Restaurant was clean with paper plates available. Scooped pizza on plate. Temp was just warm with cheese barely melty; definitely not hot. Lots of cheese and sauce, but little other ingredients. So disappointed to have hardly any sausage after paying for extra. Stood in line and asked young lady working if she was sure our pizza had extra sausage sharing it is very skimpy. She stated that we should have two layers of sausage and then ignored me, moving onto next customer. It was obvious she didn’t care and wouldn’t do anything to make it right. Next time, l’ll go the extra distance to UNO’s, Giordanos or Lou’s for a dependable delicious deep dish.
Lack of customer service when things go wrong will not bring me back to Rosati’s ever again. Too many better, more reliable options out there.

Ideal location short distance to the Riverwalk…
I ordered the Calzone …Marinara Sauce with Mozzarella Cheese.
Proportionately Gigantic in size, this Calzone befits at least 2 at a minimum.
Overall very pleased …the atmosphere was pleasant and the weather was/is very good…
The Calzone was very cheesy… sauce and crust were ideally made.
Expect at least 15 minutes for your order… (Needs to go through the oven)
Very good although I couldn’t finish it all off.

Atmosphere is pretty lowkey and average but the real.winner is the ZA!!!! This is one of my fav pizzerias on the north side! Esp their thin crust. Hit any of the Rosatis if u want true Chicago pizza, a 25 yr Chi resident ❤️

I am torn by this one, service was basically OK, a little chaotic, but not terrible. The two slices I got one of sausage and one of what I assume is pepperoni supreme, though as I am unwilling to register for delivery or pick I can’t say for sure what it was.
Brings me to the actual slices, pizza was tasty however, the think crust, which I don’t have problem with, my issue would be with the state of the crust, which was extremely hard, not toasted almost stale and tough feel to it.
May try again to see if the crust is still what I would consider unpleasant.
