Ordered here again today through DoorDash and my wife got a piece of glass in her slice; I call to alert the manager and seems like she didn’t care. I submit a report through the DoorDash app and same thing no care at all for the health and wellbeing of people eating just give you money back. You are lucky my kids nor wife got injured!

Nice little sports pub! Plenty of beers on tap and plenty of seating at the bar. TVs on every wall and around the bar. They also have patio seating. Great place to watch any game. We came here specifically for the deep dish pizza and it was amazingly delicious We will definitely be back for more.

A couple of our friends suggested this place and it didn’t disappoint! We started out with dough nuggets…..I wasn’t sure at first but they did not disappoint! Super soft, garlicky and delicious. We ordered the 1/2 size and it was enough for us four. We also tried the wings…they were amazing! (And to be honest…I’d go back for just the two apps!) We ordered the wings “naked” sauce on the side. EXTRA crispy and juicy on the inside. Some of the best wings around. The pizza was delicious as well. We had sausage and mushrooms – it came with lots of toppings, great amount of cheese and the crust had a great chew but still crispy. I’d definitely recommend. The one and only downside was my husband ordered his own small pizza, Canadian bacon, pineapple, mushrooms, onion and black olive…..only toppings that came on it were the Canadian bacon & mushrooms. He was very disappointed but we didn’t say anything since the place was so packed.
The restaurant itself was hopping. Definitely loved the TVs all over – great game watching! Our server was great, she was just slammed though. I think they need a little extra help!

This is for poor customer service. I received a Caesar salad with no dressing. I didn’t realize until I was already home with my order. When I called and spoke to the restaurant, they admitted the kitchen forgot to include dressing on the salad. They refused to refund the salad and said they’d only give a me couple bucks for the cost of the dressing they forgot. Yeah, no thanks. So they kept my money and the whole salad went uneaten, because who wants dry lettuce?

It’s family fun day and we went on a hunt for some pizza and wings. We wanted to get a little farther from home for something we don’t typically have or something new and came across this location. We’ve had Rosati’s quite a few times at other locations over the last decade, but today’s was the best by far. Brenna our server was part of that the moment we walked in. She was all smiles, came right to our table to greet us and answered any and all questions we had in between taking our drink orders. I’ve been eating on the healthier side lately (sad I know lol) and while I did order a side salad I indulged in a few slices of the classic combo we ordered. My son chose the build your own pasta with penne, meat sauce with Italian sausage and it was phenomenal (I ate some of that too ha ha). Are you even living your best life if you don’t try all the yummy things? We also ordered some hot wings and with a yelp check in with dine in purchase we received free dough nuggets as well. Score yet again! Everything came out quickly. Our salad and wings first. Dough bites soon followed. The pizza was cooked perfectly and the edges lightly crisped but not burnt. So many veggies and yummy sausage. The wings were good size, sauced well and good little kick. The dough nuggets were seasoned well and a huge portion. My son loves dipped them on his pasta sauce. He ate every single piece lol. I’d say that means the dough nuggets were a hit. He made a huge dent in the pasta, but had to take some home because the portion was huge. He’s a teenage boy you eats so much so that says a lot. The vibe was sports bar type with high tops, booths and of course bar seating. Tons of tv’s for all the sports and noice level was actually not too bad. Everything was great and we’re already planning another visit.

The food was ok. The customer service was ok. The food did not taste like Chicago. The Italian combo barely had any beef and plenty of sausage. I gave it three stars because the food was ok. If you want food, this is the place. If you want Chicago food, this is not the place.

My coworkers from Austria go crazy with this place apparently, finding deep-dish pizza in Austria is hard (if not impossible). Rosati’s is definitely one of the go-to spots; their pizzas are amazing, and their customer service is even better; we love this place!

We just made a web order on a 14in double dough with sausage and mushroom. The entire pizza only had 2 peices of sausage on it. Had a bunch of mushrooms, but yes ONLY 2 sausages for an entire pizza. Did you guys troll us? Luckily we got $11 dollars back from the web order when we showed a picture and complained about it. Being from Chicago, if this ever happens again ill never buy from this location.
