Do not buy food from this restaurant. We temperature checked the food upon arrival as it felt cold to the touch. Called rosatis about the issue but they refused to make it right. Now stuck with cold inedible cheese curds and a pizza we have to heat ourselves (best hope we don’t get food poisoning or the lawsuit will be glorious).
Health department regulations for food transportation focus on preventing bacterial growth and contamination by requiring, sanitizing, and maintaining strict temperature controls (cold food <40 ; Hot food >140).
Update: Alfanos was delicious and only cost $40 for the same exact order. Head to Alfanos for better pizza and better customer service.

Came in for a pizza and left feeling amazing. The staff is super nice. The new manager was amazing. Asked us if all was good. Told her the pizza was fantastic. Service was on point. And to have her come and just chat with the customers was above. You don’t see that much anymore, made you feel this place could be your go to. Even just to hang out at the bar. Love the vibe

I had an amazing experience at Rosati’s Pizza in Ottawa! Their pizza was delicious, with the perfect balance of crispy crust, fresh toppings, and gooey cheese. That tvs were so loud, I left with a headache. We had to yell to talk. the pizza dough looked and tasted raw. That was sad cuz the flavor of the sauce and cheese was really good. the waitress forgot to bring us everything we asked for even though she only had 2 tables. The lady I was with never got her lemon. I finally got my ketchup (for my fries) when they were cold, I asked 3x before I got it. The Italian beef was really good! Just all around disappointed when we spent over 60$

Food was good when we got it!! Pizzas came out before food and half of the order to proceed!! It took another hour to get rest of food!! Said something to so called manager and she is like girl is new!! I said if that’s the case you should help her not let her slide needless to say 3 hours later we got out bill which wasn’t right either!! Poor experience first time there and will be the last!!

We visit Ottawa 4 times per year. Rosaiti’s has become our go-to place for dinner. The food is always good and the drinks are stiff. Our servers are always attentive and personable. Why should we go elsewhere?
