It passed the cheese pull test, the small is enough for three meals for someone like me. Could easily split between two people.
Crust is crisp like I like it. The salad was fresh and I enjoyed the shaved parmesan in with it. 5:30 pm on a Wednesday and I was the only dine in customer.
You should give this place a try!
Agreed right away since I’ve been craving pizza for a while now. She called and placed the order then we headed out thirty mins after to get said pizza.
Didn’t know what to expect but when we arrived home I was in for a huge surprise!
She had got something called the “Monster” but man how good was that! A thin crust pizza loaded to the brim with all types of toppings. Juicy tomatoes, Italian sausage, pieces of bacon(even Canadian bacon), black and green olives, green bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms.
This was a perfect way to end the night after holiday shopping! Had to pop it in the oven for a bit since it was a little drive back home. It made it even better though! Comforting, cheesy, delightful experience was much appreciated after all that walking! Didn’t know that this was a chain maybe that’s a good thing but a really good find nonetheless. Great staff, fast and easy service, great pizza too! Come try this place out ASAP!!
The cheesy garlic bread was similarly disappointing. While the bread had a nice fluffy texture, it lacked a strong garlic flavor, leaving it rather bland. Additionally, the portion size was misleading; despite the large box, it felt unusually light compared to pizzas I’ve had elsewhere that were much more substantial.
Overall, the pizza lacked flavor, toppings, and substance, and considering the high price point, it did not deliver on quality or value. In fact, I would recommend a basic $10 pizza from a chain like Pizza Hut over this offering. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this shop based on this experience.
,etc. I have no other issues with the reward system at other Rosati’s location but it’s always an issue at this location. On my last visit I decided to dine-in and finally get to the bottom of their reward system, lol. The first thing that I asked the waitress is how do I sign up for this location and she provided me with the link. Not much to my suprise; the link didn’t work! This is the same issue that I’ve been having for over a year so I asked to speak with a store Manager. The waitress told me that the Manager was boxing up a pizza and would be right with me. 15 minutes later I’m still waiting so I walk up to the counter and ask for a manager again. Finally, a manager from the back by the name of [Frank] emerges and ask how can he help me. When I explain to him my issue he literally tells me “I don’t have time to help you right now” and attempts to walk off. As a business owner myself I find this customer service, especially from a manager unacceptable, and insisted on him helping me with my matter which he barely resolved, and I had to do most of the problem solving myself; which I did. The pizza itself was delicious, but the the establishment definitely has a “,f* you, pay me ” type of attitude. Not sure if I’ll be returning this location, which is actually local. Horrible management!!!
Christmas Eve 2024, order at 11am for a pick up scheduled outside of holiday hours. Received a courtesy call to arrange a different pick time. Thanks for great food and service.
